Crawford is fighting Lundy next?

Is this for real? How can Arum complain about PBC matchmaking and then put this garbage on? Crawford is an elite P4P guy and Lundy isn't even top 10 at the weight class below him.
Each one of Crawford's opponents since moving to 140 has been worse than the last. If this trend continues his next opponent will be Orlando Salido.

At least Lundy is better competition and a better opponent than Dierry Jean.

It's because many have opted or DUCKED out of facing Crawford, he (Bud) asked for Provo and Provo said no, he asked for Manny and Manny said no, he asked for Khan and Khan said no.
All of these jokers are ducking Crawford and that is why we ended up with Lundy (the only one who had the b@ll$ to say yes).

Kinda like 3G, I'll watch Hitman Jr no matter who he fights. And just like 3G, I hope we get to see him in with top level comp this year.

I'm honestly not even sure that's true.

As for all the ducking talk, it's ridiculous. Every time a fighter turns down a fight, people talk about him like he's some sort of coward, without having the first clue about the actual offer that was on the table.

Lundy lost to Herrera by a Technical decision, which most thought Lundy won, they stop the fight due to Herrera's cut.I honestly don't believe Herrera won the fight and at least Lundy was competitive in the Postol & Dulorme fight.I believe that jean fought much weaker opposition than Lundy has,Lundy been in the ring with Postol,John Molina,Beltran,Thomas Dulorme, and Herrera.Even though he lost those fights he always fought a good fight,he also have few solid wins against some solid fighters.

Dierry Jean resume isn't much better than lundy's,Jean never even defeated a top ranked lightweight ever.

I don't either Jean or Lundy are significantly better than the other. I think they're both on about the same level. Dulorme is still the best guy Crawford has fought at 140, which is sad.

Honestly does it really matter what the offer was, especially when it's a chance to knock off one of the top dogs and become the one in the limelight and be in the driver's seat for a rematch where you can command more the next time out??
We need to stop making excuses for these fighters, as a fighter you should relish the opportunity to take on the best and beat them because once you do then you can turn it around and command what salary you desire.
FYI, all of the fighters turned down Crawford based on risk/reward. There was a huge opportunity for them to not only get that fight but be guaranteed more fights on tv/cable/ppv.

Yes, full stop.
It's very convenient for some nobody fan to wax philosophic about "taking on the best" when they're not the one putting their body on the line to put bread on their table.

How about when they just don't want it??

Can you please stop following me around posting the same irrelevant link on multiple threads?
We know Herrera turned down the fight. You have no clue what the offer made to him was or why he turned it down.

Did I say Packy did not have the b@ll$ or did I say Packy ducked him?? There's a difference you know, just look at who Packy is fighting and that'll tell you all you need to know.
Is that person's name Crawford or Bradley? Wow, why act as if someone is calling him a coward, I just stated the obvious.

there's nothing wrong with pacquiao fighting bradley.
in fact, bradley should have been floyd's last opponent, not berto, since he atleast is rated in the top ten and is the only other accomplished welterweight besides pacquiao. by your simple logic, floyd ducked bradley.
brut, stop sucking dick's for once and go get some fresh air.

I never said there was anything wrong with Packy fighting Bradley, I just stated the obvious and that is that he ducked Crawford for Bradley 3 fight. We already know he can beat Tim but we don't know if he can beat Bud, besides everyone here is not pleased with that fight and would rather see him fight someone else.
Imagine if Floyd fought Castillo for a 3rd time, you'd be the first here talking about how garbage the fight is and as far as the sucking d*ck, I'll leave that to you since you brought it up then you must have d*ck on your mind<<<either that or it's in your @$$!!
