For the interim WBA Super Middleweight title. It's being billed as a fight to become the youngest ever German world champion, aged 20, even though Chudinov holds the regular WBA title.

Not on tv here but it's on SAT-1 in Germany so you should be able to pick it up online easy enough.

We all know that the interim title isn't really a world title but if the promoter claiming it is gains young Figenbutz a bit of notoriety and a few extra euros in his back pocket, then good for him

I'm sure I read something on Boxing Scene earlier this week that said Chudinov is now "Super Champ" and this fight tonight is for the "Regular" version.
Guess that win over Frank Buglioni really impressed the WBA
Anyway, also think Sky are showing this later in the week.

I thought so. I think I had De Carolis winning by 4. He dominated the first 8 rounds or so including scoring an early knockdown.

German TV is brilliant! Some guy vacuuming the ring, bearded guys in wigs advertising...something...

Feigenbutz really is terrible, he looks small and scared in there. I know he's young but the hype he's gotten is unreal for someone...this poor

58-56. That round could have gone either way but I thought GDC jabbed a bit more

68-65 Feigenbutz. GDC is busier but the German is landing the eye catching shots.

78-75. Couldn't really split them in that round. Not a huge amount landed. Anyone else scoring it?

Because Sauerland are desperate, Abraham and Braehmer are their only major names left and they haven't got much waiting in the wings to take over. Abraham could easily lose to Ramirez Sanchez in his next fight, which will take place in America if Arum wants it there, if he does he'll retire, even if he wins he's retiring when his contract ends next year. Braehmer's 37 and isn't far off retirement himself either, won't be long before someone takes his fake WBA belt off him. If those two go then Sauerland are up shit creek, TV deal will be gone, UK expansion hasn't worked out and the best they have to replace them is Patrick Nielsen, Jack Culcay and Feigenbutz. They're trying to promote Feigenbutz as the next German star, even managed to get this for the WBA regular title, but he's not actually that good and by the time he should peak, he'll be burnt out because of how young he started.
