That was a brutal knockout punch from Wilder tonight, hope the Pole (won't even attempt to spell his name!) is ok.

Fury was embarrassing afterwards, clearly acting the fool. Would have been much better to see him act with a bit of class & respect imo.

Fury really didn't need to behave like he did last night he looked completely off his head. Everyone knows he's the number one man people should be chasing him he shouldn't be jumping in the ring and bad mouthing people.

Fury is interested in unifying the titles and people find something to moan about! I honestly don't know what's going on these days, this is an exciting prospect, if Wlad was still champion Wilder would have been able to sit in the states while Wlad saw out his career in Germany.

I dont have an issue with Fury doing what he did.
Really hope it leads to a showdown.

Let's just hope when he does get in the ring with him he's still interested in fighting him and actually throws some punches

I actually thought Wilders line was pure class, something like: "I promise you baby, I will baptise you"!

However later on Wilder pointed out that he needed to sort out his mandatory challengers, and obviously Fury has to get past WK.

If the Wilder fight happens, and if as likely it's in the US I wonder if they will be able to get Peter Fury into the States. I'm no expert on US Visas but going to be a challenge.

I think Fury could give Wilder big problems with his agility as Wilder looks pretty clumsy with his footwork.

Ahead of that I would love to see Povetkin vs Wilder, the Russians going to really struggle with the significant reach disadvantage but if he gets inside it should be cracking!

Never liked seeing a boxer gatecrash another boxer's night. It was like watching WWE at the end.

Didn't think much of Wilder but obviously he can end a fight if he catches you clean. Still haven't learnt much about Charles Martin.

The answers no. They're very strict on people who have been in prison. Particularly if it's something like drug dealing. That's why he couldnt corner Fury against Cunningham.

I don't think that's the case. People moaned about the Klitschkos primarily because they felt they were boring in the ring.

Totally agree. Last night Fury was just as embarrassing as Bellew pretending to go after Cleverly. It was so forced it was ridiculous.

Are Americans really over the moon that they have two bums as champion that are scared to fight anybody with a pulse? That Wilder won his belt against a nobody, Stiverne, who won his belt fighting for a vacant title against a fat washed up Chris Arreola? That Martin won his belt fighting for a vacant title against an undersized feather fisted guy that nobody really cares about? Wilder doesn't even fight guys in the top ten. The only time he did (for his title) it went to points. Martin wins his because the other guy's leg falls to bits.

These titles are BRITISH goddamit! We're only bloody coming for them aren't we?

Ed Robinson was spot on with his comments about the IBF fight. 'Vindication' sums it up. I'm actually half glad that fight ended when it did because it was shaping up to be a long, frustrating night not worthy of contesting a world title. Martin looks very slow and also looked tired early.

Szpilka fought a good fight til he got caught but that's heavyweight boxing. Fury v Wilder would be fun but I can't see Wilder getting past Povetkin tbh.

After seeing the tomfoolery in the ring afterwards, I'm almost sorry Tyson Fury has to fight Wlad again. Wilder v Fury would be fun as would the build up.

Between those 2 "world champions" they have had 60 fights and have only beat one top 10 opponent

I can't imagine they are 'over the moon'.
Martin's victory was a massive anti-climax (though that wasn't his fault) and Wilder was far from convincing against a man that had previously been stopped by Jennings.
