Those regional belts enable the boxers to climb an orgs ranking system. Parker is ranked in the top ten in 3 of those orgs despite not fighting any fighter listed above or below his ranking. The WBA is his lowest ranking at about 12 while he is at 3 with the WBO. I think Duco recently flicked WBA. The kicker is De Mori has a top ten ranking. Once Duco map out a clear path to a title shot a few of those belts will be vacated. Usually once a fighter has used that system to get the desired ranking his management flick the belts rather than keep paying sanctioning fees.
Jeff Horn is in a similar situation, Once a clear path is decided you will see some of his belts vacated.

I think you will find that will soon fizzle to nothing like his career did. Doubt he'll fight again anyway. What would be the point?
