Arthur Abraham's set to make his Las Vegas debut against unbeaten Gilberto Ramirez for the WBO super middleweight title on the undercard of Pacquaio-Bradley 3 on April 9th.

Haven't seen much of Ramirez how does everyone see this one going?

Think Abraham might win this think Ramirez got a really padded record could be wrong haven't seen his true potential because he's never faced anyone.

Yeah I thought his record was padded, Think Abraham will probably win on points or late stoppage.

Abraham is the best super middle in the world when he fights in Germany.

Personally I don't think he travels well. I can see him taking more rounds off than usual and losing a close one on points.

He better knock ramirez out or he is going to get outworked. Ramirez throws alot of punches and abraham does not. Interesting fight.

That's what I see happening. Body shots are also a significant part of Ramirez's artillery and AA is susceptible downstairs due to his high guard.

Ramirez doesn't strike me as anything special, but he keeps his hands moving and I suspect that he'll do enough to win a decision.

Pac v Ramming Speed III undercard is loaded. Good value for a weekend in Vegas.

GR will win, 99% sure of it.

Totally fine with being wrong, just see Gilberto taking this.

People really underrate how good Ramirez's win over Maxim Vlasov was. Vlasov held his own against Issac Chilemba. He was actually a good fighter, and Ramirez passed that test.

I think Ramirez is going to trounce Abraham. Abraham coming in with his high guard will get chewed up by Ramirez's body-shots on the inside. Ramirez is the bigger, stronger, younger fighter. Abraham is near shot.

Abraham is far from shot. Last year he beat
Stieglitz and Murray both of whom were ranked in the divisions top 10 at the time.
The main factor in the fight for me is that it's outside Germany and Abraham doesn't travel very well.

Please, Murray is horrible. He is extremely overrated. Guy barely got through Sergei Khomitsky. The fact that Abraham had such a close fight with him shows how shot he is.

Outside of BoxRec, I have no idea who ranked Martin Murray in the top 10.

Several people had him losing to an admittedly 80% Martinez. He's not an elite fighter. Luckily, he has the most clueless fans that overrate him. I can't believe anyone thinks he was a top 10 SMW. Maybe on BoxRec's shit rankings, yeah.

I see Murray fans still living off the Sturm fight. Pretty pathetic considering he couldn't get past a shot Abraham. :salut:

Anyone who thinks Abraham is shot needs their head examining.
Clearly one of the two best super-middleweights in the world.

SMW is a poor division. The fact that he is one of the best SMW in the world should tell you everything you need to know about the division as a whole. Froch, Kessler, and Ward leaving left a black hole in the division. It's one of the poorest in boxing currently. It won't get any better as the middleweight division beneath it is also poor. Why do you think so many wanted Ward to move up.

I agree it's a poor division.

But you can only beat what's put in front of you and Abraham has done that.
This fight should be a good one though. Real 50/50.

I don't think AA is shot...he's just unspectacular at SMW.
