WBA has always had the worst ratings. All corrupt, always thought the WBA was the worst of the bunch though.

Its pretty easy WBA has regional belts the holder of all those belts are guaranteed a top 15 rankings. No sansaction body is ranking the top 15 heavyweights only the fighters hold regional belts for the WBA

Mark de Mori 10th, David Haye not even ranked, this list indeed makes a lot of sense.

It seems more like a we wanna see this and that fight list of names, not actual ranks.

The rankings came out before the fight Haye will be ranked next time the WBA update its rankings.
