Khomitsky robbed in England AGAIN

Judging in UK is just absolutely disgusting. Ryder's only concern seemed to be to not get stopped. Khomitsky was an aggressor and landed better shots, but of course didn't get a nod.

The commentary on Sky was absurdly biased too.
Boxing needs to clean up the home officiating, it ruins the sport.
You need a KO to win in the UK these days. Kovalev solved the problem against Cleverly. Boxers from other countries without solid KO power should never box in the UK.

Not a massive Ryder fan but no way was he robbed- Ryder won the fight by 2 or 3 rounds.
The Sky commentary was biased but the right man won.

So what rounds did you have Khomitsky winning exactly ? the first two and the last round maybe ? he was getting caught time and time again on the counter and looked despondant on many of the rounds walking back to his corner , didn't look like he won to me

Silly, misleading thread title. He wasn't robbed. He lost a close fight in which Ryder deserved the win.

He was robbed twice against Murray.

What rounds did you give to Ryder ? 3rd and 4th ? He didn't do much in the rest. Try rewatching the fight with sound off.

If you want to determine a winner based on looks, see how Ryder's face looked after the fight, and you will understand who landed better shots.
Khomitsky looked unhappy, because he knew that a journeyman can't win on points in England, and he wasn't hurting Ryder enough to stop him.

Me too, Ryder didnt stop turning, he boxed well against a still dangerous and ambitious opponent.

Had it to Khomitsky by a point, might have over compensated for the commentary a bit though. Didn't see a robbery at all there, 117-112 was too wide but overall they got the right winner.

No way a robbery. Ryder by a couple. And what do you mean "again"? He didn't get the nickname Brit-Basher by being robbed time and time again.

Ryder won fairly, Khomitsky was competitive (he always is) but only won 4 rounds imo.
His second fight with Murray was close and could have easily been scored a draw, though.
He was blatantly robbed in Germany against Stieglitz, that was disgusting, he deserved better that night.

I had Ryder winning 117-111 gave Khomitsky 2,6 and 10

Stieglitz was winning that fight.
I had Khomitsky edging it, until the really weird ending that I still don't fully understand.

I had Stieglitz dominating the fight on points.
I don't understand how so many had Khomitsky ahead.

I just felt that Khomitsky was landing the better, more telling punches throughout and unlike Ryder at the weekend, Stieglitz seemed unable to adapt.
Khomitsky also hurt him a few times and even though the judges probably would have given it to Stieglitz had it gone the distance, there was still a round and a half left in a fight that Stieglitz was clearly struggling in.
The stoppage stank to high heaven to me.

Strange stoppage, but I'm not sure it was done to help Stieglitz.
I think it may just have been a dumb stoppage.
