Is Ortiz will have a easy win over Dimitrenko???

After the match confirmation by some of the sources that Dimitrenko Camp had accepted the offer from Golden Boy Promotions & Ortiz Camp for a heavyweight clash. This also holds back Ortiz who was finding opponents for his heavyweight campaign. While on the other side 33-year-old Russian Alexander Dimitrenko had some troubling past after his loss to Kubrat Pulev in 2012 & after that he had some wins but against some easy opponents. Ortiz mainly famous for his hard punching power & boxing skills seems to be favorite but if in any case; is there is any chance that Dimitrenko can give a tough time to Ortiz or it will be a easy situation for Ortiz? Whats your views???

Ortiz will steamroll Dimitrenko. Jennings was a God by comparison, and Ortiz eclipsed everything that he tried. Not to mention that Dimitrenko has spent 4.5 years regressing, and was barely top 10 for 14 months at his absolute peak back in 08-09. Right now, Dimitrenko would have had his hands full with Chris Arreola or Alex Leapai.

Dimitrenko hasn't had a meaningful fight in a couple years now, I can only see this ending one way.

Mismatch.
Too bad they couldn't get someone decent like Pulev or Takam. Even Briggs would be better than Dimitrenko.

I'm not super high on Ortiz, but even an active prime Dimitrenko wouldn't have won this fight. This current version doesn't see the fifth round.

It's a bit sad for Ortiz that he couldn't get an actual fight. The guy really needs to think about his next fight after this now. This is only a keep loose fight, at absolute best.
