I order fight tapes every two weeks and i was thinking of ordering on one tape Eubank's fight against Henry Wharton and his two fights with Carl Thompson,i was wondering if anyone can tell me whether these fights are a good choice.And can anyone tell me if they ever saw the Fidel Bassa KO13 Jack McAuley fight because i saw it once when my sisters boyfriend's cousin came over from ireland he bought a tape with him that had that fight and it was a great fight,one of the best i ever saw and i cannot get a copy of it over here in Canada so if anyone knows were i could get one i would appriciate the info,thanks.

It's been a while since I saw them but the two fights with Thompson are definatly worth a look IMO. I was quite young when the fights happened but I remember abosolutly loving them at the time. Whether you think Chris is an idiot outside of the ring or not you can't help but admire him after seeing these two fights. (thats all i'll say don't want to build them up too much!)

I've seen all three Eubank fights mate and they are all worth watching, good choices, order them and enjoy.

The Bassa Vs McCauley fight is also a cracker and well worth picking up to.

Red Dragon who posts on this Furom has a lot of British fights and is very cheap and very reliable, If you have not tried him give him a go.

I was ringside for both fights and I can tell you that they are two of the best British fights in recent times.

i just recently got those 2 fights meself a couple of weeks ago not got round to watching the 2nd fight yet but saw the 1st one and its brilliant. from what i remember of the 2nd fight its not far off.

I remember the first fight was on the Naz-Fredo Vasquez undercard, it's a shame british boxing isn't producing such exciting line ups at the moment :(

As far as fights go, they are two of the best fights in a British ring over the last ten years. However, for me they are also heartbreaking fights - I thought Eubank won the first fight and the second fight all he had to do was survived and shared one round (which he was capable of doing) and he WOULD have won the fight.

Eubank gots some very dodgy decisions in his time as the "unpopular" champ, but lady luck ran out when he was the challenger.

Eubank vs Wharton was Eubank's greatest boxing performance.

Was in attendance for that one... he come up on a "shovel nosed" harley davidson. Wharton did receive a boxing lesson that night, aswell as a dodgy black eye
