did those 19 rds against mike tyson ruin donovan razor ruddock ?

I don't see how fighter's get shop worn /old they loose a little something every time they fight and being a heavyweight would be a very physical challenge in its self every one in that weight class just about has life changing power it was the nature of the beast that finished Razor........... Mike lasted a bit longer before his fighting ability faded away

Razor was a shot fighter the rest of his career.

Abdolutely neither fighter was ever the same in the ring again.in tysons case thats only due to prison

Ruddock had 18 fight's after his 2nd Tyson fight 15 wins 3 loss's Lennox Lewis Tko'd him in 2 and Tommy Morrison Tko'd him in 6 the other loss was last year in 2015 Razor was 52 year's old David Jaco Ko'd got to him long before Tyson

What I'm saying is Razor had great power and if you take that away we wouldn't even be having this conversation because he was over-rated
because of his 2 fight's with Tyson your making out he didn't win a fight after Tyson and I just pointed out he went 15-3 and 2 of the loss's were against top notch fighter's matter of fact that's all he ever lost pre Tyson because we can't count last year [2015] that was his last loss.

so after tyson he went 15 and 3 so which fighters were top notch ? a shot greg page ? phil jackson who got knocked out by a jab from jermemy williams ? who did ruddock fight after tyson that was prime and ruddock did not loose too ? who ?

Hard to say because although he did suffer losses afterwards (I'm not including his last loss), they were to world class opposition & Ruddock was always just shy of the elite in the division anyway.

The two Tyson fights were ageing fights though: two big punching brutes trading single shots for 19 rounds would definitely take its toll on any fighter.

Ruddock did seem somewhat diminished in the way he reacted to punches versus Lennox Lewis. That being said, he still looked a monster versus Page, Jackson and through most of the Morrison fight. To say he was "ruined" or "shot to pieces" is way over the top. When he lost to Morrison he'd had one fight in two-and-a-half years.

Well sir, ruddock had just brutally knocked unconscious the universal no 3 in the world michael dokes,just before that he knocked out the dangerous bonecrusher smith ,and 3 years before that he beat a still very dangerous Mike Weaver.......he was the no2 rated hw in the world in early 1991 for a reason
