Wrong. Rigondull is far more of a bore than Ward. Ward actually throws punches in bunches.

Ward is dull a lot of the time, but I've seen far more boring fighters than Ward.

I have never and will never root Ward in a fight and do think that he's the most overrated fighter since Cotto and Sugar Shane. But I disagree with him being boring outside the ring because i happen to think he's the best boxing analyst on TV. He's eloquent and insightful and speaks in perfect English so i know that doesn't appeal to most boxing fans. A lot of fans would rather listen to Roy butcher the language and talk about the old times when he was the best in the world. Ward appears to be a great family man while Roy appears to be great at making multiple families.

Wards an overrated boxer but he's going to be with us ringside for many years and many great fights.

He also never fights, which is huge problem for a fighter.

I wouldn't mind if he was dull if he actually engaged in boxing matches every now & then.

Caldo, do you really believe ward is over rated. He shut down carl froch and controlled that fight. That alone makes him one of the best super middles ever. Add in his victories over kessler, abraham, and dawson and you have an impressive resume.
He seems to have that habit of making it all look easy which is the sign of true quality.
