I haven't seen anyone mention this intriguing fight tonight. Whomever wins picks up the WBO trinket not that it means that much. How do you see this fight playing out?

I think this is a great fight for two up and comers, It would be nice to see the winner vs someone like Errol Spence, if he wins

I was surprise myself Ali is such a big favorite. Vargas is a technically very good fighter. Can fight long very well and therefore can take advantage of his longer reach over Ali. He usually fades late and switches to bit of brawling. However I hope his new coach addressed that issue. On the other hand Ali is a very good looking fighter, lovely style.

I think its a 50/50 fight. But I will be rooting for Ali because of his attractive style.

Vargas is definitely the side to be on. At those odds. Those odds are ridic. These guys are evenly matched. I don't get the odds.

What an awful ref. Ali another overhyped scrub. Just got knocked out by a guy with no power at world level.

I would normally complain at a stoppage like that but the refs probably saved Ali from getting serious ktfo there.fair play to Vargas he switched it on and punished Ali.

That was a good fight. Ali looked more technically sound and Vargas was more gutsy not as technically sound but with more ring experience. Stoppage was a tad premature.

I wouldn't say Vargas has no power at world level....it's true he doesn't have many stoppages, but he's hurt most people he's faced over the last few years.
