Who wrote this drivel?!
The excitement is unbearable. It’s electrifying. Believe us when I say this – DON’T BLINK; because before you know it, one of these giants is going down, guaranteed.
By now you must’ve realized – this fight is going to be an EXPLOSIVE one.

'Joshua's comments'?
This article contains four quotes, none more than a sentence or two long and three of them are from Martin.

"All it takes is one of these giants to connect to send you straight to the canvas, and rest assured once hit you’re most likely never getting up."
This stuff is gold.

"She knew from one glance that he was a dangerous man. His large, gnarled hands betraying a life time of hard work, his eyes a steely glint of grey. "Keep your distance" she told herself, but she knew, oh yes she knew, what was about to happen"

Reggae,
I live in south west Florida and we have 'Snowbirds' (old wankers from the North) come down for the winter each year. There's a local author called Randy Wayne who has written a series of books with the hero being "Doc Ford". I read one. It was the worst/best book I've ever read. It inspired the sentence above. Imagine a whole book of that. I laughed the whole way through. I don't think I was meant to. I LOVE bad authors.
The irony is that, on the strength of these books, he's now opened a series of bars/restaurants in the area & is making even more money.

I was waiting on a job in my favorite hideaway in Mazatlan. I read every book that I brought along and searched the place for something I had not read. All I could find were a couple Danielle Steeles. A couple of days later when I finished them the (very attentive) maid shows up with a paper bag and says, "Señor Tanzio, I see you enjoy Danielle Steele, so I bring from home," with a big, satisfied smile. Then she hands me a bag full of her collection of Steele. I smiled and thanked her for her generosity, then

I used to be in Mazatlan every Wednesday for 18. Lovely place although I preferred Puerto Vallarta

I prefer the working city of Mazatlan, and I prefer the beaches. My interests over the last 15 years or so have often involved Culiacan and the mountains between there and Mazatlan.IOW, SIN.
