How isn't this one on Sky ?

on Sky ppv i think, well according to the Tyson-Williams website it is.

Thought it would be advertised by now if it's on Sky.

I am not often looking forward to heavyweight fights given the current crop of talent, but this one I will definitely be watching.

Physically, Williams clearly has the tools to beat Tyson. Of course, a result for Williams very much depends on whether or not he can beat Tyson psychologically both prior to and during the fight, as that is where Tyson's strength still lies and indeed is how he has won the vast majority of his past contests.

If Williams can stay strong mentally and is still standing after Tyson's onslaught in the first 4-5 rounds, I can see Williams pulling this one off, on points or even a late stoppage. However, being able to beat fighters like Tyson psychologically is a whole different ball game; it has to come naturally, and this definitely isn't the case with Williams, as has already been proven. The occasion will also contribute to Williams' confidence for the job.

This is why I take Tyson to overwhelm a frozen Williams within 5 rounds.

Physically, Tyson has to by now be on his 9th and last life. I have always enjoyed watching Tyson, and even though he has seen much better days, still has that power, aurora and menacing personality about him when in the ring, and I think he can rule once more in a relatively weak Heavyweight scene, but for how long is another matter.

According to what Danny has said on the BBC site, all the americans are really surprised at how good he is looking in training and knocking all his sparing partners out.

Technically and physically, he looks very good, but being able to do it in the ring as well as in the gym has in the past been his downfall, at least from what I have seen. I can't see it being any different this time to be honest, although would love to see him pull it off.

I've been told he looks wicked in the gym, but then he struggles past Keith Long and loses to Samil Sam. I've always I thought he was rubbish, but to be fair to him he does seem to be able to come back with a mid-contest flurry. Unfortunately I don't think Tyson is going to be in any mood to let him get to the 6th round.

Dannys only hope is that Tyson is ring rusty. He's had 2 fights in 2 years. And also is WAY past his best -(don't listen to these wallies who say "He's been training hard. He'll be back at his best tonight" thats what they said before Lewis.) However, I don't think this will happen. I see Tyson inside three. I think this fight will only be worth watching as seeing a British name go against the worlds most famous boxer. Its just unfortunate when the best heavyweights you can find in the world aren't as good as a washed up boxer like Tyson.

It's simply not possible that Tyson can regain the form from when he ruled in the 80s; age has seen to that.

Yes, Tyson is going to be even further gone than the Zombie that turned up to eat leather against Lewis. The fighter who struggled against Brian Nielson is even older and less active now. 1 ass whupping in 2002, 1 round against Ettienne, and that's it. So hasn't had a winning competitive fight since Nielson, who was if I remember rightly ahead on the cards, and outjabbing Tyson at will before he got decked.

I think you are mixing up the Nielsen and the Botha fight. Tyson was leading 70-62 twice and 69-63 on the cards vs Nielsen when the fight got stopped.

Yes, I think I was mixing those two up, however, Tyson still looked woeful against 'The Danish Pastry' I know a lot of people say Nielsen was underrated, but for christ's sake, Tyson would have eaten him up in about 30 seconds in his prime. Tyson was slothful of hand and leaden footed against Nielsen, and 'Super' Brian was beginning to work his way into the fight as I remember at the point at which Tyson whupped his bitch-titty ass.

Nielsen was Tyson's worst ever performance by a long way. He won, but he never looked that bad before and he wasn't even in quite that piss poor condition against Lewis.
