Possible Crawford PPV opponents

Rumored opponents:

1. Adrien Broner (Unification fight)

2. Lucas Matthysse (Rumored to have dropped out from Herrera fight for more money with Crawford)

3. Victor Postol (Which seems to be the most obvious, however Arum might not go this route due to lack of interest from casuals)

Honestly if HBO were smart they would make a fight, Dulorme vs. Postol or somebody with some what of a name before making the Crawford Postol match. Most casuals have only seen Postol in the Matthysse fight.

None of those should be a PPV fight, but I'd happily watch any of those fights.

Yeah, I agree... I'm hoping HBO and Arum change their minds on putting Crawford on a PPV prematurely like this.

Yep Crawford certainly hasn't achieved PPV level stardom, but hell there's not much of anything that's gonna get me to buy a PPV anymore. You'd have to put 4 Megafights on one card to get my money these days.

Crawford, as much as I like him, shouldn't have his name and PPV in the same sentence. Maybe when he moves to welterweight....time will tell as the competition is much tougher imo. In the meantime, fight Postol. Forget about Matthysse. Maybe Broner, because everyone loves to see Broner beat down. Crawford vs Broner may be a better fight than most think though. So, at 140, if no Postol fight Broner. No option is PPV worthy unless he is on the undercard of a Canelo, Pac, or Cotto fight.

Biggest fights at LWW for him are Broner or Postol.
For PPV I think he'd have to move up or share top billing with another fight. Maybe Verdejo for a world title in New York?

Yeah Broner has been in there tough with much tougher oppositions then the one's Crawford has been rolling through which haven't been bad but not the same caliber as Porter and Maidana.

I think Broner would give Crawford a hell of a fight.
