Top Rank will show Perez (11 losses) on Bradley-Pacquiao PPV but not Gvozdyk

Top Rank won't be showing the very talented Oleksandr Gvozdyk vs. Nadjib Mohammedi (former world title challenger) as the 4th televised fight.

Or Konstantin Ponomarev (29-0) vs. Brad Solomon (26-0).

I wonder why?

Why does Top Rank do such a poor job with their Eastern European boxers?

They would be better off with Al Haymon, who has been doing good work with Derevyanchenko, Glowacki, and Khytrov. Or Main Events, which has done a great job with Kovalev and Mikhaylenko. Likewise for Golden Boy, which has had Shabranskyy on TV many times now, and he's never disappointed.

Lomachenko is wasting his prime, but he can't leave because he's locked into a contract with Arum. Korobov went downhill after fighting meaningless opposition with small paydays for five years, and Mekhontsev has now similarly declined.

They'll likely stream it on their website... so we get to watch them for free. :yay:

Not sure what the big deal is. Yeah, if they don't stream it on the Top Rank website either, then I would be pissed off. Hopefully, they do, and we get to watch some very good fights for free.

...wasn't Khytrov's last fight off TV?

Deservedly so. He wasn't impressive in the fight before that. He was on TV many times before that.

Deveranchenko looked good in his previous fight, so he was back on TV. Unlike Arum, Haymon and DiBella are FAIR.

Gvozdyk has looked very impressive in all his fights so far, but no TV for him from old Arum.

How many of Gaymon's PBC fighters fought on PPV undercards? This isn't just TV, this is a ~$60 PPV.
