Wilfred Benitez (17) vs Pipino Cuevas (18)
The 2 youngest ever world champions, around the same weight class and picked iup their first titles within a couple months of each other
How does this one go?

Benitiz by UD. Both these guys peaked in their mid-20s.

Darrin Van Horn springs to mind.
The world title came later but he was pro whilst at high school and winning fights....fair play to the guy.
