Boxing is big In Japan , trouble is there fighters have weird names that are hard to remember

Ogawa looked AWFUL until the knockout, and that's coming from A fan. The crowd for the Ishimoto fight was amazing, the Korakuen Hall was bouncing through the entire fight.
The Kikuzato vs Diama fight was a stinker.
Must admit the G+ shows have been consistently good this year, round 7 of Takagawa vs Ono (on the under card of Iwasa vs Tubieron) is likely to be a round of the year xontenser, Higa looked sensational on a G+ card too.
Screw HBO I want more G+

Yeah, don't mean to sound 'controversial, but I find it hard to care about fighters you never hear interviewed, with difficult names, at lower weights, and looking virtually identical

The names are a helluva lot harder with boxers from Thailand and Poland and places like that in my opinion. Japanese names aren't that hard compared to a lot of other nations.

Tanaka won in 2 rounds (with a body shot I think), Kaovichit immediately announced his retirement following the bout.
Eaktawan won a split decision on the same card and debutant Masataka Taniguchi won inside a round
