Let's suppose for a moment, Anthony Joshua defeats Charles Martin, and Tyson Fury shows that his victory against Wladimir Klitschko was not a fluke. How do we see this all British Heavyweight showdown happen if it occurs?

If it happens any time soon, Fury will win after a dull fight where he is barely hit. Assuming he's motivated.

Edit: And of course everyone will say Fury got lucky.

Fury would dominate.

Joshua should stay away from Fury for a while and use his title to fight good opposition and improve.

Fury beats him quite easily in a dull, crappy fight where Fury goes on the defensive but lands just enough to win the rounds. Joshua looks confused and flustered at being in with a guy who can actually box and makes mistakes where he keeps getting tagged by Fury. Wouldn't be surprised to see him get dropped late on.

Joshua always has a punchers chance and Fury has underestimated skills, which Joshua wouldn't how know how to deal with, I would say Fury by a wide points victory.

Now = Fury wide points. But I'll happily change my prediction if they fight in 2 years time.

I would expect a quite early KO for Joshua, or a roundwinning clear victory for Fury, I can't see much else happening, the longer the fight, the more chance Fury got.

You can't see past Fury possibly winning every round and dropping or likely retiring Joshua in the second half.

Klitschko is a better boxer, hits harder and has 10 x the defence and footwork of AJ and barely landed 5 punches per round on Fury.

If Tyson is switched on he'll make Joshua look a bumbling novice and batter him.

Normally I would say that Fury is a huge favorite on paper. However, I think it's relevant to point out that Fury himself has said that Joshua used to give him ample difficulty in sparring back when Joshua was an amateur. But then I have to consider that Fury has showed pretty radical improvement in the last year and a half, so he's probably much more capable of beating that version of Joshua than he used to be.

So... probably Fury.

I think the outcome would be similar to Fury-Chisora at this point but I think the Dillian whyte fight was the best thing that could have happened to Joshua. I am expecting to see a much improved fighter against Martin.

As soon as Joshua hits Fury on the chin, it'll be over. And he will.

Joshua doesn't hit that hard.

I gotta see how AJ looks against Martin first. Off of first impressions I think he could spark Fury, but you don't really know what a guy has until the level of competition rises. This weekend will tell us a lot about Joshua I figure.

No one knows enough about joshua yet. And furys been so inconsistant in his career its difficult to completely back him with any kind of certainty.

One things for sure joshua will let his hands go unlike big klitchko. Even if he is outboxed he ll still go for it.

Although saying all that i think fury in any kind of condition wins. I dont think joshuas stamina although its not terrible will hold up in a tough fight. Even when he starts getting hit...which he will. That tanks gonna empty quick.

Them big arms are gonna come down as well as a fight goes on. Without the agility to get out the way.

..I guess I'll have my opinion on this issue as soon as I see how Joshua deals with Martin and Fury with Klitschko or the other way around...
