thought i'd give this a little bump to the main page, for anyone interested.

Hard to compete with the AJ threads these days, maybe i should do a video analysis of the back and forth heavyweight fight of the century from Saturday night, the way Martin balanced both his buttocks on the canvas for just enough time during the count was a thing of refined technical beauty

Id already seen the vids on yt but couldnt comment as i watched them through my xbox.
Thanks for posting this fight up. I thought youd hung your gloves up in the editing dept as you hadnt put one up for a bit, i know they do take a long time though.
This vid was a real treat. Cheers

Since i've stopped training lads i've had more time so got a couple of other vids on the way

Hope all is well mate, i'll have to pop into the gym, got a kid at light middle i'm doing a bit with, so will bring him up for sparring soon
