Hi,
Does anyone have any info on Ruby The Snake Ortiz?

He is mentioned in a number of sources as having been charged with the killing of his girlfriend in 1977, but is back boxing again in 1979. Does anyone know if and what he was charged with, or how he was back boxing after being 'missing' from the records for two years?
