Mark Heffron

Fights next weekend.
I remember the hype when he turned pro. OK, maybe hype is over exaggerating but I remember reading he was meant to be a cert for a title shot.
And I think he was a Welter back then or something but he's fighting now at Light Heavy.
Anyone have any inside info on the lad. Why he's only had 11 bouts in almost 6 years (5 of those in his 1st six months)?

He just seems to me like a guy who isn't all that interested. He's talented, definitely, but his inactivity just seems like he doesn't care too much in boxing. It's a shame, he's got the potential to be pretty good.

It was his older brother Ronnie who turned pro at Welter under Warren.
Not sure if Marks fought on TV he's much bigger and known to have huge power would like to see him stepped up.

He started at light middle but always been massive for the weight. Far too inactive.
