Nope. He struggled with Whyte who is British level at best.

Fury if he stays motivated will dominate for years to come. If he retires after the rematch vs Wlad then I'd expect Granat to take the reigns in the next couple of years.

No he's way too limited. He will get exposed when he competes against real quality.

I mean fundamentally it's not a simple question to ask. I've voted yes, because that's my opinion, but we won't know much about Joshua until he comes through a big test with his back against the wall.

He definitely has punching power, and he seems to have the right attitude and hunger for success. I don't think the heavyweight division is strong enough to find him out. Maybe against Haye, possibly against Wilder. He's currently operating on a KO on site policy which means we don't really know much about him. I think he's much more accomplished than the likes of Parker and Hughie Fury, but that's only because of his exposure and his opposition to date. Whether they're the future of the heavyweight division remains to be seen. He could well go his whole career knocking people out and go down in history as the all time greatest, but he's going to come stuck at some point, they all do.

I think he will be dominant, but we'll have to see if enough talent is around for him to be great. Lewis was the last great one.

Too early. Depends on who comes through the ranks over the next few years. Great champions need challenges to prove their greatness. It's what prevents Wlad and Vitali from being great imo.

He fought stupidly against Whyte and allowed himself to be caught up in the emotion of it. What's to say Whyte isn't capable of going beyond domestic level anyway? Anyway, it's not like Lewis, the last great champ as mentioned here already, didn't have struggles here and there coming up as a young pro.

Too early to tell. He looks the business irrespective of unanswered questions. Along with Parker he's definitely at the tippy top of the most likely list.
I think if Whyte gets his finger out he'll also show himself to be a solid top 10 contender -- as opposed to 'British level'.

I like those 2 also, the future is looking good. I really like Hughie's movement he's a real natural boxer and now his health problem's are over I can see him becoming world class and winning a world title in 2 years, he's fighting for some WBO belt next so my guess is Tyson will give up the belt when Hughie is ready to fight for it.

AJ has the potential to be great if he's matched well over the next 2 years, he's only been boxing for about 7 years its crazy how far he's progressed and what he's achieved. His mind set and work rate is really impressive and if he keeps improving at this rate he'll be hard to beat in 3 years.

Agree with lillywhite about the Whyte fight, he fought with his heart not his head so I wouldn't read too much into that.

Whyte seems to have good durability and power, but I don't see much to him beyond that. I think Wilder has more tools and would beat him comfortably, although Whyte has the power to be dangerous.

Where is a TBD option ? It is really too early to call.

Lets not forget that Nicolai "Hands of Marshmallow" Firtha and feather fisted cruiserweight Steve Cunningham had Fury way beyond chicken dancing. He was flattened by both and he's now #1 in the division.

Fact is, if a 17st bloke lands clean, you're in trouble. The key is how do you respond and how do you stop it happening again.
