At the O2 in London. For a world title. An opponent still fighting 10-rounders.

Very poor.

Does Joshua's team know something that we don't?

There's an older thread on this subject already open, I suggest it's best to keep it to one thread...

That it'll still make money and impress his fans?

That Joshua is an accident waiting to happen when he actually starts fighting genuine top 20 level heavyweights?

yes, everything points to him being clowned by the likes of Malik Scott, Pulev and Teper.

Him never having fought anyone close to as good as any of them suggests that he might get clowned.

David Price 2.0?

Anyone might get clowned. He's shown enough to suggest those guys aren't good enough to live with him. Then what will you say?

No, he hasn't.

Joshua has shown very little except power.

Well done.

What a shock. The fraud finds a bum opponent. Breazeale isn't even top 20.

I'd say that he is top 30, but only because he technically got the win against Mansour. A fight in which Breazeale was getting dominated.

Breazeale might not even be top 50 abilitywise.

You have a very odd opinion of the strength of today's heavyweight division.

You don't seem to have a clue.

Every possible Joshua opponent seems to be about equal to you.

Malik Scott is top 10 according to Boxrec. You probably think he's a stern test vs Joshua, solely because of that stat.

ppv headliner aswell, comical

joke fight, bermaine stiverne would of been much better.

eddie is frightened to put aj in there with somebody decent and barry hearn on IFL TV saying to fury if he ever ever has the guts to step into the ring with joshua he'd be losing his belts is just ridicolous  :brick:

aj's team must know what alot of us already know but the passengers on the hype train and the casuals seem to be blind to at the minute.

He would be Joshua's best opponent to date by far.

You look at Joshua smashing bums to pieces and assume that he'll be able to do the same when he steps up. He won't.

You are pathetic. If Joshua vs Scott were to be signed, you would be incapable of predicting. Wilder destroying him in one would mean nothing to you. You are blinded by statistics and records. You seem to have no eyes. Or perception.

The eye test is overrated, records tell a far more accurate story.

Scott would be a big step up for Joshua.

Joshua's record is very weak.

It's a keep busy fight that's all it is while introducing Anthony Joshua to an American audience at the same time is how I am envisaging until he has to take his mandatory which will be the winner of Joseph Parker v Carlos Takem.

Scott is absolute garbage, he doesn't even have a punchers chance. Maybe Breazeale has one, but the truth is neither of those mentioned should be within a hundred miles of a so-called world title. Shannon Briggs would probably be a better opponent than both of them.

Scott would beat Breazeale and Briggs easily.

Tony Thompson is in probably worse shape than Briggs now and he put Scott on his ass in their last fight with a nothing punch that clipped his ear. Scott is woeful.

He might be woeful, but he'd still be Joshua's best opponent by far.

Only possible fight for Joshua if he wants to fight in June.
Every other marketable fighter in the IBF rankings is either committed to another fight, injured, banned for doping or Andy Ruiz.

DB's unbeaten record is the only thing going for him but it's just enough to sell the fight.
His fluke win against Mansour means he lucks into a title fight though he's arguably not even as good as Charles Martin
