Because in today's presser, a guy asked the question and then that bloke with the moppy hair who gives the impression he wants Dana White's babies kicked off saying that that info was on background i.e. they'd been told that info by Tyson/Tyson's people but had, presumably, been asked not to bring it up at the conference.

Yeah true. Neither would his old man. I don't think Peter travelled for the Cunningham fight because of visa issues. Obviously can't get one because of his past discretions.

He was right about the fat thing. Obviously not the worst we've seen him but he's going to need to shift some of that.

If he does the rematch then sticks up two fingers, retires to the states with money in the bank, his health in tact and with his young family, I will think fair fucks to him. Certainly wouldn't blame him after all the (over the top) stick he gets.

That would be sailing off into the sunset having the last laugh, whilst all the bright sparks can bleat on about him not beating AJ for literally the rest of their lives.

As far as I know Tyson his father and uncle weren't even allowed to go to America because of their past, but I could be wrong.

I thought that he even said at some point he never wanted to fight in America soon after his Cunningham fight because his family couldn't support him there.


I could be wrong though.

he calls him self a fighting man so surely you would want to the fight the man who's robbed one of your belts and is being built as britains best heavyweight. Wouldn't a genuine fighting man want to fight for his name and reputation rather than being known as the man that ran from Joshua and let's face it should he retire this is what he would be known as.

i do think he will take back his belt( the 1 aj is renting). must get on his tits a bit he beat THE MAN, THE FUKIN MAN, then 1 of his belts is done away backdoor style. absolute disgrace, klit wins and ibf would av been suking him off given him all the time to arrange his voluntary,

I think it's more the hardcore fans that worry about words like "reputation" and "legacy" tbh. Boxers generally want to get paid and be healthy. Furys made no secret of this. He sees the sport for what it is, a business.

I highly doubt Fury will ever pay the IBF any fees again,infact if the Joshua fight comes off he'll probably tell AJ to vacate that strap or the fights off

I’ve seen his place of residence listed variously as Lancaster Manchester and most recently, Morcambe.
Not sure I could see Tyson settling in America tbh.

Things need to be taken with a pinch of salt when Fury sounds off at press conferences, he loves a bit of wind up! Obv family visa issues would be a problem if he wanted to pursue his career there. As for when he retires who knows?
