One of the best divisions, and has been for a while with consistently good bouts, the Martinez vs Salido bouts, Miura vs Thompson, Miura vs Vargas, Nakamura vs Kaneko were all great (relatively) recent contests.

It's a division with good depth at domestic levels as well the world scene, and a lot of interesting domestic bouts in the UK (i.e. Smith vs Walsh) and Japan (i.e. Ogawa vs Nakamura) could be made as well as world level bouts.
