it has been quite tense between the pair but i couldnt imagine James coming out with these comments, it just doesnt sit right, i was just wondering if anyone could verify them?

haha read that myself.handsofstone wrote:"Ive been here in America for 48 hours and already ive been stopped 3 times from people wanting pictures, its mad"
Its like Beatlemania all over
In all seriousness i used to get irked by DeGale too but since the loss to Groves, ive kind of took to him,he seems to be on the correct side of confident/arrogant these days and ive got massive respect for what he did against Dirrell to become world champ,i actually quite like himwesshaw1985 wrote:haha read that myself.handsofstone wrote:"Ive been here in America for 48 hours and already ive been stopped 3 times from people wanting pictures, its mad"

DeGale is a tit but whatever works for him.
I'm just looking forward to the Groves rematch so Groves can beat him again...
I like him too. Don't think he's the brightest but he always comes across a decent enough guy IMO. Dirrell is a quality operator. DeGales win against him gets overlooked I reckon. I thought Dirrell edged Froch in their fight although he stank the place out.handsofstone wrote:In all seriousness i used to get irked by DeGale too but since the loss to Groves, ive kind of took to him,he seems to be on the correct side of confident/arrogant these days and ive got massive respect for what he did against Dirrell to become world champ,i actually quite like himwesshaw1985 wrote:haha read that myself.handsofstone wrote:"Ive been here in America for 48 hours and already ive been stopped 3 times from people wanting pictures, its mad"

Jesus Christ 3 people in 48 hrs, I bet he's struggling to get around with that sort of fan base, must be carnagewesshaw1985 wrote:http://www.BS.com/james-degale ... er--103960Stuarty30 wrote:What comments mate?Hinchy70 wrote:it has been quite tense between the pair but i couldnt imagine James coming out with these comments, it just doesnt sit right, i was just wondering if anyone could verify them?
he'll be millions richer and he'll come back to England where either Hearn or W@rren will pick him up.steve richards wrote:Jesus Christ 3 people in 48 hrs, I bet he's struggling to get around with that sort of fan base, must be carnagewesshaw1985 wrote:http://www.BS.com/james-degale ... er--103960Stuarty30 wrote:

What will happen when haymon goes skint soon.
I thought Dirrell beat Froch too,i didnt think Carl landed a glove all night,he did press and Andre's punches were pitty patty but they were the only ones landing, opinion did seem to be 50/50 thoughStuarty30 wrote:I like him too. Groves would get stopped in a rematch imo.wesshaw1985 wrote:haha read that myself.handsofstone wrote:"Ive been here in America for 48 hours and already ive been stopped 3 times from people wanting pictures, its mad"

It doesn't matter how good the boxer is but how durable they are when your talking about stopping someone, I would say Periban is more durable then Groves, also the punch that floored Dirrell would have sent Groves into next week Froch style.wesshaw1985 wrote:whos the best guy DeGale has stopped?lefty wrote:Groves would get stopped in a rematch imo.wesshaw1985 wrote: haha read that myself.

I reckon it would go the distance and be a close decision...
how do you come to the conclusion Periban is more durable than Groves?digzee wrote:It doesn't matter how good the boxer is but how durable they are when your talking about stopping someone, I would say Periban is more durable then Groves, also the punch that floored Dirrell would have sent Groves into next week Froch style.wesshaw1985 wrote:whos the best guy DeGale has stopped?lefty wrote: Groves would get stopped in a rematch imo.

I agree with lefty, DeGale KO if they fight again. I also had DeGale winning the first (pro) fight.
Agree 100%, The least Hearn could have done was got Froch to vacate while he fucked everyone around (Froch is a big headed prick and attention seeking whore who wanted everyone to beg him to fight again), DeGale could of won the belt but Froch didn't want anyone taking the limelight. Hearn let his personal relationship get in the way of business, fornicate him.rio wrote:What Hearn did to Degale was a disgrace. Hes was meant to be acting in his best interest, He knew Froch would not fight him but instead kept him in limbo for over 6 months because he didn't want ask a retiring froch to give up his belt.
I came to that because Groves has been rocked plenty of times including in the ams with head gear, while all the times I have seen Periban he has looked a typical tough Mexican.wesshaw1985 wrote:how do you come to the conclusion Periban is more durable than Groves?digzee wrote:It doesn't matter how good the boxer is but how durable they are when your talking about stopping someone, I would say Periban is more durable then Groves, also the punch that floored Dirrell would have sent Groves into next week Froch style.wesshaw1985 wrote: whos the best guy DeGale has stopped?

They've both been stopped once, Groves by Froch (a supposed power puncher), Periban by DeGale. A DeGale that didn't stop Groves when they met. Froch isn't a power puncher. DeGale didn't go for the KO against Groves it was a chess match.
Now DeGale has stepped up in level (Dirrell and Bute) he is 0 for 2 in terms of kos.
I believe Groves is on the same level as Bute and Dirrell so I have no reason to believe DeGale would ko him either...
I mean, I believe Groves of equal skill to both Dirrell and Bute. If they were to be matched up they would be 50/50 fights.digzee wrote:I came to that because Groves has been rocked plenty of times including in the ams with head gear, while all the times I have seen Periban he has looked a typical tough Mexican.wesshaw1985 wrote:how do you come to the conclusion Periban is more durable than Groves?digzee wrote: It doesn't matter how good the boxer is but how durable they are when your talking about stopping someone, I would say Periban is more durable then Groves, also the punch that floored Dirrell would have sent Groves into next week Froch style.

Do you really think Groves would have got up from the punch DeGale dropped Dirrell with? what do you mean "I believe Groves is on the same level as Bute and Dirrell"? Are you talking skill wise? Or as in durability?
Also, how an you say Froch isn't a power puncher, yet you are so certain DeGale would ko Groves?digzee wrote:I came to that because Groves has been rocked plenty of times including in the ams with head gear, while all the times I have seen Periban he has looked a typical tough Mexican.wesshaw1985 wrote:how do you come to the conclusion Periban is more durable than Groves?digzee wrote: It doesn't matter how good the boxer is but how durable they are when your talking about stopping someone, I would say Periban is more durable then Groves, also the punch that floored Dirrell would have sent Groves into next week Froch style.
