I replied as the voting hit 5-3, obviously the AJ fanboys had hit the thread...Rexob wrote:wesshaw1985 wrote:the AJ fanboys have arrived...Rexob wrote:Pretty conclusive so far.
I am a Fury fan ? What you going on about seesaw? It was 5 votes to 0 for Fury to win, before which was pretty conclusive at the time of putting my post up.
agreed. Easy nights work for Fury in my opinion...Rexob wrote:Thats ok thenI don't dislike joshua though and he could quite easily knock Fury out given the chance but Fury won't let him, Fury is just to clued up combined with great tactics and that leaning back style he has developed I think it will be an easy night for him.
Joshua rarely can do a one punch KO, even Gary Cornish took a few. Wlad is also one of the hardest punches ATM and he didn't make Fury flinch, largely because Fury wasn't clowning around or losing focus. I'm not saying Fury has a granite jaw, but this isn't Canelo Khan.asdfjkl wrote:It's really hard to predict, Joshua is fast and Fury has a glass chin, but Fury has such a massive reach advantage, that he can probably quite easely focus on winning most rounds. If Joshua manages to hit him somehow it can all of a sudden be over.
Now let's get real, even Klitschko managed to hit him a few times, when Joshua does that it will hurt Fury a lot harder.
TBH I think Joshua got the odds, but it will be his hardest fight. Remarkebly I think Whyte got a bigger chance of winning because of his style, Whyte takes the beat and hits back, Joshua regularly tests his opponends first since Whyte.
the idea that Joshua won’t be able to land on Fury, because a man who threw no punches didn’t, is hilarious.asdfjkl wrote: If Joshua manages to hit him somehow
the idea that Joshua will walk through Fury, because he managed it on domestic level fighters and bellow, is hilarious.Riddick Blowe wrote:the idea that Joshua won’t be able to land on Fury, because a man who threw no punches didn’t, is hilarious.asdfjkl wrote: If Joshua manages to hit him somehow
Not if you have eyes, and you understand that Fury has shown deficiencies that haven't been remedied by fighting Christian Hammer, Joey Abell and the Covent Garden Street Mime.BitPlayer wrote:the idea that Joshua will walk through Fury, because he managed it on domestic level fighters and bellow, is hilarious.Riddick Blowe wrote:the idea that Joshua won’t be able to land on Fury, because a man who threw no punches didn’t, is hilarious.asdfjkl wrote: If Joshua manages to hit him somehow
You can't win against Fury if you try to beat him from distance, like Klitschko tried, Joshua showed exactly that style against Martin recently, so if Joshua doesn't fight aggressive against Fury, there's a good chance Fury will win on points. If Joshua does fight aggressive, then I expect him to win, but he will get hurt himself as well during such a fight. That's why I give Whyte the odds above Joshua for winning this, despite Joshua got better skills in every single way compared to Whyte.Riddick Blowe wrote:Not if you have eyes, and you understand that Fury has shown deficiencies that haven't been remedied by fighting Christian Hammer, Joey Abell and the Covent Garden Street Mime.BitPlayer wrote:the idea that Joshua will walk through Fury, because he managed it on domestic level fighters and bellow, is hilarious.Riddick Blowe wrote:

It's not like Joshua hasn't shown vulnerability to body shots, lack of head movement, and stamina issues. No boxer is perfect. His footwork is no where near the level of Fury or Wlad either.Riddick Blowe wrote:Not if you have eyes, and you understand that Fury has shown deficiencies that haven't been remedied by fighting Christian Hammer, Joey Abell and the Covent Garden Street Mime.BitPlayer wrote:the idea that Joshua will walk through Fury, because he managed it on domestic level fighters and bellow, is hilarious.Riddick Blowe wrote:
