I hear Drozd is back and wants his title back. If this is true Bellew should defend against Drozd. But fight must be in the UK.

Prefer the Lebedev fight but I don't mind the Haye fight. Bellew will get turned over but it would be entertaining while it lasted.

You gotta be kidding. There is no chance Haye coming down to CW. And as HWs Bellew will get killed in 10 seconds. It will be another Haye v DiMori.

I'm not kidding no. Haye will beat him up but Bellew will have a go. Haye wouldn't go to Cruiser no but Bellew would go to heavy he said. Bellew is a step up from the tripe Haye has fought so far for his comeback.

I don't think he is, he's not a proper heavyweight, and Haye has KO power against far bigger men than Bellew.

Bellew might have a go, but chances are, he will get annihilated, unless Haye is shot, which I don't believe he is.

Nah I don't think he's shot. He's a dangerous fighter no doubt. I don't think he's anywhere near as quick or elusive as he once was though. There's no doubt he would flatten Bellew and ideally I'd like to see them both look elsewhere but I don't really mind the fight for some reason. Maybe it's because I'll get to see Tony chinned? I don't mind it if that's that direction they choose to go.

If Drozd decides to come back for his title does he have first dibs regardless?

Or is it like a mandatory where a unification would take precedence over it?

I'd be happy with Drozd but would prefer a unification bout.

He will be giving away 30 pounds. Haye will walk through him and demolished him very quickly. It will probably end his carrier. Entirely reckless and meaningless move on his part. Especially now that he has a belt and recognition. With Lebedev at least he has chance. I hope he is not seriously considering Haye fight.

I don't think Haye was ever as fast as people make out to be honest, he looks pretty much the same as he ever was, perhaps a little more flat footed and looking for power, but he was always pretty flat footed.

Lebedev would probably flatten him as well so you may get your wish.

He will have a soft defence first then Drozd if he gets injury free followed by Breidis if he's still silver champion.

Look at the WBC top 15. Find the name you've never heard of and you've probably nailed it.

I don't mind him getting a soft one though with Drozd and Briedis in the imminent future.

Would Bellew give it a go? The only time he has fought anyone in Haye's class, assuming Haye still has it ( which I don't think he has, but for the purpose of this lets assume he has! ) is Stevenson, and Bellew looked like a rabbit caught in the headlights. He was overwhelmed, visibly intimidated and outclassed. Stevenson didn't even break sweat.

Haye is a massive step up on what he has faced outside of Stevenson.

I do think he'd give it a crack yeah. It would probably end in failure but it's better than the guff that Haye has been fighting since coming back. You make a good point about Stevenson though. That was at lightheavy and away from home. I'd say Bellew is probably a better fighter now as well as more confident in his own ability. I don't want to bang the drum for him too much because I'm not particularly a fan of the guy to be honest. I think most of us would take Haye to win by early KO but the build up would be fun and it's a payday for the both of em. As I've said in previous posts, I'd much rather they both went separate directions but if it does happen then I'm ok with it personally.

Gotta be Haye, he could loose against any of the top Cruiser's out there in his first defence, may as well take a loss on a PPV against Haye and get millions for it. I think Haye would be up for it too, back on PPV with what he will see as an easy nights work.

And is it you who is going to pay to see that utter mismatch?

I didn't think Haye was flat footed in his pomp.

No chance !

Drozd is backed by a billionaire Bellew will be travelling to Russia for Drozd in his NEXT fight. If he doesn't he will be stripped of the title which is Drozds anyway.

If they don't agree a deal it will go to purse bids which Drozds promoter WILL win. The purse split will be good and Bellew will get paid loads for it.

Creed 3. Shows Bellew beating up all the Latvian Bouncers. Briedis fighting to get revenge for doorman friends Bellew beat up.
Hopefully Briedis attempts to look a bit like Mr T aswell.
