It's pointing towards long term roid use in my opinion - and it would seem that is a view shared by many who knew him or mixed with him.

Apparently he was going to pack in fighting next year or so and concentrate on bringing his kids up and spending all his time with them.

That's a bit of a shocker. Seems that last fight took an awful lot out of him and his opponent.
