No ones going to hire him after Mike Tyson exposed him.

Al Haymon has knocked King off his perch as the top promoter in boxing. King just can't compete with Haymon for the star clients and big revenues.

King is about 85 but he is still sharp mentally. Physically im sure he cant do what he wants in terms of building a new fight camp.

He cant fly all over the world to eastern Europe or china. He doesn't seem to like to delegate either.

In the modern day Im sure fighters are smarter than to let King control their career or rip them off. For all his alliance with GW Bush, his is still a tarnished name

He doesn't put on many shows if any and he is quick to litigate his fighters who try and fight elsewhere.

Don king.......fffuck him

Don King has been exposed time and again over decades. But it has never made any difference.

I think he still "promotes" a couple of heavyweights. Stiverne and Molina iirc.

I saw him in the ring recently when Charles Hatley (who I assume is King's fighter) got in the ring and shoved Jermall Charlo even though he's Jermell's mandatory

So he's still got a couple of guys I guess. Usually though signing with Don King these days is a great way to guarantee you'll be sitting on the shelf at least 11 months out of each year. He doesn't keep his guys busy or get them fights worth a damn these days. Probably because most people in Boxing would prefer not dealing with him to put any fights together.

King exposed after Tyson? He was exposed way before Tyson and still put together many great boxing fights before & after. He lived a colourful life on the fringe, sometimes in trouble with the law and issues with promoting fighters, he’s quite old now so not sure what people expect of him, probably enjoying his grandkids. Bob Arum is not so well liked either though he as well
put on many great boxing matches.

Yes he is, I saw his office building down here in Florida. It's right off the highway.

"Colourful" is one word for killing people, I suppose.
