Ryabinsky sues DiBella and Wilder

All of his propaganda has been designed to try and discourage Wilder's legitimate suit. He knows he's screwed since he won the suit against King.Boxing Writer wrote:Childish move from Ryabinsky. No way he gets these money.
Except Povetkin didn't test above the limit causing automatic sanctions and wasn't punished in any manner, so Wilder's statements were in fact defamation.SaadOffTheDeck wrote:All of his propaganda has been designed to try and discourage Wilder's legitimate suit. So why then all Russian athletes take it? Just for the fun?asdfjkl wrote: it hasn't even been proven yet that meldonium has any positive effects on athletes at all
Lol exactly. Povetkin is a typical Russian scumbag.Boxing Writer wrote:So why then all Russian athletes take it? Just for the fun?asdfjkl wrote: it hasn't even been proven yet that meldonium has any positive effects on athletes at all
Exactly, an athlete with perfect circulation just takes it for the hell of it.Boxing Writer wrote:So why then all Russian athletes take it? Just for the fun?asdfjkl wrote: it hasn't even been proven yet that meldonium has any positive effects on athletes at all
Why have many Americans taken asparines in the past year? And why did they drink a cup of coffee? It's allowed, a banana is also good for your performance, lol.jockpunk wrote:Lol exactly. True Povetkin and Debella's statements were definitely defamation. And since a World Heavyweight Champion is potentially worth 100's of millions of dollars the jury might award a lot more, particularly because Wilder is allowing a lame scrub like Arreola to step in front of Povetkin.SaadOffTheDeck wrote:boxing_rocks wrote:Except Povetkin didn't test above the limit causing automatic sanctions and wasn't punished in any manner, so Wilder's statements were in fact defamation.SaadOffTheDeck wrote:

He doesn't have a case. Povetkin tested Positive. These lawsuits will go nowhere, and will get thrown out fairly quickly I would imagine.Kalan wrote:Rather True Wilder's and Debella's statements were definitely defamation -- also statements made by Dan Rafael, Dontae Boxing and numerous others in the media were defamatory. I think if you win one suit you keep going and clean these other bastards out.
I don't know WTF is wrong with your brain.. Are you aware that Meldonium takes months to leave the body... and the allowable concentration when they tested Povetkin was anything less than 1 microgram???? And that Povetkin's concentration was a very small fraction of that so he PASSED all his tests??? Can you get your pea brain around that???gilgamesh wrote:He doesn't have a case. Yes I am perfectly aware that Povetkin had minimal amounts of Meldonium in his system. I wanted this fight to come off more than anybody and I was picking Povetkin to knock Wilder the f*ck out. So I was really pissed when this one got cancelled. Still though you don't have a case for defamation when the things they said about you were true.Kalan wrote:I don't know WTF is wrong with your brain.. I just want to see Wilder get knocked out. I figure Povetkin could've done it, but I'd be just fine with seeing Joshua do it instead.SaadOffTheDeck wrote:I have no interest in ever seeing Povetkin fight. Bring on wilder getting smashed by Joshua.
He wasn't at all in fact and because Wilder and his team and Dibella made dumb people believe so is the reason why Ryabinski got such a strong case.badkatt wrote:it wont happen his fighter was caught cheating /
It's VADA or WADAS fault IMO. Ryabinsky and Povetkin have the right to be angry and someone should pay. I just don't think Wilder should be the one to pay. He called him a drug cheat and that was warranted. Look at the other boxers who call other boxers WORSE things and don't have any truth to what they say.asdfjkl wrote:He wasn't at all in fact and because Wilder and his team and Dibella made dumb people believe so is the reason why Ryabinski got such a strong case.badkatt wrote:it wont happen his fighter was caught cheating /
Everybody with a brain said that pretty much from start of lol, Wilder knew very well from day one that Povetkin was innocent, that's why the WBC could only delay the fight instead of flagging it of.foxdog1923 wrote:It's VADA or WADAS fault IMO. Can you prove Wilder knew he was innocent? Cos you are speaking on his behalf?asdfjkl wrote:Everybody with a brain said that pretty much from start of lol, Wilder knew very well from day one that Povetkin was innocent, that's why the WBC could only delay the fight instead of flagging it of.foxdog1923 wrote:It's VADA or WADAS fault IMO. I honestly had no idea what would happen there. Toss up to me but I never saw Povetkin roided up in that ko string.gilgamesh wrote:I just want to see Wilder get knocked out.
