Williams by TKO late

Tyson is ready to go!! He's 38, he hasn't fought in a year, he doesn't want to box anymore!!!

The time for a upset is here!

(I'm not English, I'm just tired of a washed up ex-champ getting touted as the next big thing when he is ready to be beaten by someone who shouldn't be beating him )

Tyson might well be ready to go...but not to Danny Williams. I'd love to see it but everytime I think about it there is no way Danny will last three rounds

ive stated before if danny holds it together past the opening quarter o the fight he is in with a massive chance.,

Unfortunately it looks like Williams is going to try and fight Tyson, which really disappoints me.

Like most Brits i'd love to see Danny do it, but i'm not sure if he can get past the early stages. Tyson wins, and wins early.

No way I see it happening. We've heard all this talk of Williams looking great in sparring etc. before but if his performances are suffering on the night because of nerves or lack of confidence against the likes of Francis, Sam, Sprott then how on earth will be beat Tyson???

the gulf in class is massive.

I think it is hard not to go for Tyson, but I only see it as a 60-40 in his favour. I would say that to pretty much every top 50 heavyweight has a chance against Tyson at this stage in his career. I mean if you can survive 3 rounds he's seems to be half the fighter beyond that stage.

Thats not to say that Tyson couldn't unify the devision by KO'ing the champs in those opening 9 minutes - he very well could.

Yeah, Tyson could well be the best 3 round Heavyweight in the world.

I can't see who Danny Wiliams has beaten to suggest this is anything but a formality.

I couldn't help but notice the similarity in the comments Tyson made about Vitali Klitschko on Ringside and those he continually made about Lennox Lewis on the 2 year run up to their eventual showdown. All the "in 3 or 4 fights time I'll be ready" talk just doesn't sound convincing to me. I believe Tyson knows deep down that Vitali would take him to the cleaners.
While it's good to see Tyson appearing in good shape his boxing skills are nothing but a memory. I'm sure we'll see a pitiful attempt next week at bobbing and weaving - which will last about 10 seconds.

The trouble with this one, as Lenny Albert has already mentioned: Tyson is over the hill - but so is Danny Williams!
I can see Danny going a few rounds. That's all.

PLease, give the guy a break. He might be playing hard to get with Vitali, so he can get as much money as possible.

People have got to stop comparing the Tyson of today, with the Tyson of 85-89. They are completely different fighters.

The 2004 Tyson is not fighting the 1988 Tyson, so why the constant comparisons?

We should be comparing Tyson with the other Heavyweights of 2004. Who, quite frankly, arent up to much, including Vitali.

Cant justify 2 US trips, in the space of three months.

Yeah, nice trip, shame about the undercard. Indoor show at the 20,000 seater Freedom Hall.

But that's just it! Too many people don't see Tyson for what he is unfortunately. They think he's superman because of what he achieved nearly two decades ago.

I have to go along with the glittery one here.

I'll be cheering on Danny but still think even a near shot Tyson will be too much for him.
