haven't seen enough of the two bottom divisions, but from what i've read i lean toward manuel ortiz

i don't count cruiser or the half step divisions...

HW - Floyd Patterson. Jimmy Ellis would be 2nd, but as WBA champ, I don't know if he qualifies as world champion.

LHW - Ezzard Charles - Charles wasn't light heavy champ, but he should have been. Lesnevich and Mills wanted no part of him.

Middleweight - Sugar Ray Robinson

Welterweight - Kid Gavilan. Robinson after Gavilan.

Lightweight - Roberto Duran

Featherweight - Willie Pep

HW - Lennox Lewis. (He got me into boxing)
CW - Holyfield (just the best CW)
LHW - The old Mongoose Archie Moore. (My fav old time fighter)
SMW - Calzaghe (for reasons see Lewis)
MW - GGG (got a lot of love for the crazy Khazak)
LMW - Hearns
WW - Manny Pacquiao, (I could have picked many other WWs and could have picked MP at many other weights but this guy at WW was a phenomenon)
LWW - Hatton (see Lennox and Joe)
LW - Duran. (Just because)
SFW - Barrera (just ahead of his nemesis Morales)
FW - Naz (see Hatton/Calzaghe/Lennox)
SBW - Nonito Donaire (enjoyed watching the flash and he seens a thoroughly pleasant little bloke)

SFly - Naoya Inoue (can't think of many others historically)
Fly - Benny Lynch (have to have a hopeless alcoholic Scot)
LFly- Roman Gonzalez (couldn't have him ahead of my favourite Gorbals Jakie at Fly)
Minimum - Jimmy Wilde (an absolute phenomenon, who fought at Fly despite regularly weighing less than this weight class, which didn't even exist then.)

Great list, Michalczewksi is one of my favorite boxers as well. Bugner is a bit of a reach though.

I respective defensive wizardry, but my fighters to watch are the action fighters definitely.

My favourite Heavyweight is Danny Williams. He took me on a rollercoaster with the Tyson moment one of my favourite ever sporting memory's.
Otherwise Joe Frazier. Just loved the guy.
