Lots of intriguing and fun matchups on this one.

Valdez one of the best emerging talent in boxing right now. He is with Frankie Espinoza Sr.

Kid has a nasty natural hook.

Can mix it to the body too.

He is facing Argentina top hard punching emerging prospect in Rueda.
Image

Rueda is big for his weight and he is a very entertaining puncher with skills.

He has that heavy straight right & also has those subtle body shots he mixes real well.

He is a solid prospect. Like many big punchers, he has an average chin.. he has been down a few times but always gets up to get on top of things.

He sHould make it entertaining while it lasts.

Once upon a time the flavor of the month Jose Benavidez...

The man with the killer hook.
Image

He is fighting a ring warrior in Santana who can also have surprising pop.

A very promising matchup as far as entertainment value imo.

ANother one of the best prospect in the sport Oleksandr Gvozdyk is one the card.

We have been robbed by top rank as far as following his emergence because he is mostly an headliner on the UNIMAS tv cards by TR.
Image

Unfortunately these cards are aiming at a latino public and his fights don't make it to TV which is extremely frustrating. Happened just last saturday with Egidijus Kavaliauskas... Nice to see him finally...
Image

So far he has shown nice cumulative and also KO pop.

He is fighting limited Karpency who has one of the great chins of boxing. SHould be BRUTAL and unhealthy

Murata is one of the highly regarded emerging prospect out of Japan. top3...
Image

He has talent... way more than the comanche boy.
Image

Those fluid straight punch distance combos carry nice cumulative pop and have shown to be real effective so far.
Image

Real nice talent to keep an eye on.

Comanche boy usually folds relatively easy vs tough opposition like this but you never know... this is boxing and the comanche boy has KTFO POP...

a chin checker maybe for Murata if the comanche boy can place a few shots...

I would buy this card if the undercard was better. None of the fights are remotely competitive. Benavidez is a -500 favorite and that makes him the smallest favorite on the undercard. Gvozdyk/Karpency looks even rankings-wise but Karpency is awful and still riding that flukey win over Dawson from a couple years ago. He will get wrecked.

I wouldn't buy any cards. Might not be very competitive matchups but they are entertaining. I still want to see how much Rueda can do in a huge step up like this.

Rueda going to have some sore ribs today, impressed by Valdez.
