Wonder how many threads there have been about his "retirement" since he was blown out by Chisora, surely he cant be getting paid much at all at this point?

Just checked this his record going into Chisora was 41-8 cant believe he has now made it to 48-25

I wouldn't have thought he'd be short of a few quid! Mr Kipling cakes aren't that expensive are they? Sad state of affairs. Always had a soft spot for him growing up.

Depends on the result. If he loses then he was paid to take a dive :OhYes:

His kids are in private schools and he fights on I believe to keep paying their tuition fees. Sad state of affairs really.

Got to admire him for that but I'm sure his kids would rather be in a normal school and have their dad healthy.

Which is probably why he goes down easy.

Somebody needs to do a proper documentary/nterview about his career before his brain turns to mush...

Yeah probably. That's doing the fans, his opponent and himself a disservice though.

I suspect his opponents know too, probably just padding their record. It's sad but a lot better than him getting brain damage.

Its up to him at the end of the day. For boxers in general I dont like the fact that brain damage occurs and reading about a run of losses like that makes me hope he is ok as he always to me came across as a nice guy and someone you could empathize with.

He's a Russian swimmer since Chisora loss.

17 losses in the Eastern bloc since the Chisora defeat.

Hearn is probably lining him up as a PPV opponent for Anthony Joshua.

Most people who buy Anthony Joshua PPVs probably don't know who Danny Williams is.

Could Danny get involved in 4 rounders?
(The way that Butterbean used to do)

I just don't like the thoughts of Danny running out of steam midway through a scheduled 10 rounder & getting his face bashed off him.

Neither does Danny, I suspect.

Not checked his results. Is he even bothering to try to see the end of the first couple of rounds?
