Some rumors and back and forth between both camps regarding this fight. Put your bias and fanboyism aside. Who wins this Welterweight unification?

I think Garcia is underrated by alot of people. He shows signs of greatness at points and he's def. One tough dude. With that being said, he's a counter puncher first and foremost, his style wouldn't do well against a bigger guy who can box at range like Thurman. I wouldn't doubt Thurman white washes him, but at the same time, I think Garcia has the style to beat the breaks off of Porter.

Really good fight. Both can whack. Both look pretty tough. I'd favour Thurman on points UD.

A distance fight all the way. At this point I'd slightly favor Thurman on points. I'd say they are pretty much equal in the power category. I think Thurman is slightly the better boxer of the two. It would be a great fight if it happens..
