Worst robbery of this Olympics?

I haven't watched that many matches this year, but Vassily Levit just made Evgeny Tischenko look like a flailing retard for most of 3 rounds in the HW gold medal match, and somehow lost. Atrocious decision.

I'm with ya. Just watched this fight as well, and it was a god awful decision. Levit won all 3 rounds.

I think it was a backward step changing the scoring system.

Robberies in the Olympics are commonplace. Decisions can obviously be bought at the Olympics, not just this Olympics, but all of 'em. Boxing's just a sport that is easy as hell to corrupt unfortunately.

roberries:
Tischenko vs Levit: Levit won easily all 3 rounds, Tischenko looks awful
Nistor vs Ishaish: really dont understand what kind of drug judges have jordani was beaten during whole fight, 2 counts and literally did nothing to Nistor
Chebotarev vs Shakshuvaly
Alimkhanuly vs Shakshuvali - judges obviously like this awful azeri middleweight
Sep vs Borges: Sep decisively won 2nd and 3rd rounds hitting brazilian with hard shots at the ropes. Brazilian won first with few weak jabs
Russell vs Masuk: american definitely did not win that fight but it was not so big robbery like previous
There was many close bouts which could go either way
Btw i feel sorry for Tichenko, he definitely deserved silver medal for previous victories, instead, because of corrupted judges he looked like idiot after fight and at ceremony

Wow - I've just watched a replay. It's total cringe that the Russian won this fight. He spent most the fight on the back foot and was uncoordinated and ponderous. Absolute disgrace.

Sure is. Just ask Roy Jones Jnr.
It has been going on a long time with no end in site unfortunately.

Agree with all of those. Maybe not the Russell fight. I thought the Thai nicked it but not a robbery though.
One huge robbery though was the russian Vladimir Nikitins win over thai Chatchai Butdee. Worse than the Tischenko final.

Well mick conlons just been raped by the judges against another Russian. Honestly after the heavyweight final last night and all the Russian doping stuff I would of thought the Russians would of been the last nation to be getting special favours of the judges. Anyway a shit Olympics for irish boxing

The Russians got another gift today with a bad decision over Michael Conlan of Ireland.

Conlan wasnt robbed as he won only last round. Dont be so harsh at russians as some of their fighters was also robbed

Probably betting syndicates exerting their influence, they've got the money.
If you had any idea the amount of money that is bet on even the most minor of sporting events, and you consider how much must go on Olympic boxing, then there's plenty of money to make judges bent

We can agree Conlan was robbed, because we have eyes and brains. That last round talk is bullshit, not true at all.

It will take a robbery for Shakur Stevenson to not win gold at this point.

Really? I saw two rounds of his first fight and I was thoroughly unimpressed.

Corrupt judges in a boxing match, that's a first never seen that before.

Conlan didn't leave anyone guessing as to how he felt about the decision. Having decided he won't be returning to the Olympics I guess he had nothing to lose voicing his opinion, expletives included.

He'll be fighting the same Russian that Conlan boxed so it might take a KO for him to win. They have shut the Russians down with doping so maybe now they will win their medals with money.
Having worked at the Olympics as a R/J I have no doubt that there will be medals bought.

And the Russian pulled out with his victory wounds
