That's how to throw a jab !!
This is the best photo I've ever seen on how to throw a jab. Dai Dower has his right in the exact correct position and from the camera viewpoint there is no target area for an opponent to hit, his shoulder is blocking anything coming back. You can just imagine the power in the punch.
This image should be hung up in EVERY gym in the country.

It doesn't just baffle me,it infuriates me when he waves it around,not even pawing,just using it to deflect his opponents jab,with his height,reach and weight he should be busting people up
