Dave Allen dropping to cruiserweight?

I saw him declaring on twitter he is aiming to hit 15 stone by xmas, do you think he might be looking to move down a weight?

good move if he can manage it, the smaller guys are on a hiding to nothing at heavyweight IMO

I think cruiserweight would be a better fight for him. He's not the biggest guy and does look undersized at the weight.

Bad idea.

Why does he always come in so heavy if cruiserweight is a viable option?

No idea, I am not even sure it is but he was talking about trying to get down to 15 stone.

A guy who has eating issues combined with a lack of commitment is unlikely to make a lower weight. Also Allen's biggest problem in the ring is lack of handspeed that will be compounded at C/W.
