Not saying GGG won't get job done inside distance, but have we ever seen Brook hurt by a shot.

Yes, he got dropped by a journeyman, Jones hurt him a few times and Senchenko rocked him!

Jones had him in all sorts of bother but he showed great heart to tough it out. I think he made a lot of changes after that fight. It was a real wake up call. Senchenko rocked him momentarily but he literally came back and ended things straight away. GGG is a different animal. There's no way Brook, Canelo, Mayweather or anyone can stand up to the kind of pressure and power he has. I reckon the best we can hope for is that Brook does himself a little bit of justice before being KOd tonight.
The fights basically a hiding to nothing for Golovkin as well. If he wins the critics will say 'he only beat a welter' and Brook is a handful for most even at 160. I think GGG will try and make short work of Brook. Wether that's a good thing or bad thing remains to be seen.

I agree with the vast majority of what you said- one thing I do disagree on however is Canelo Alvarez. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of Alvarez but I actually think Brook vs Alvarez would be very intriguing. I wouldnt make Canelo a heavy favourite in that fight. For that reason I don't see why theres such an interest in seeing Alvarez vs GGG. I think Golovkin will deal with Canelo in a similar way to hos he inevitably deals with Brook.
When you're flat footed like Canelo is, that doesn't bode well against a guy that cuts the ring off like GGG does.
