Great fight. I expected Cuadras to be this good and Gonzales amazing as usual

Roman will likely have to celebrate in a hospital. His face is one big bruise and he probably has broken ribs, as he had a hard time putting a shirt on.

I had the fight scored 114-114...very competitive fight. I had no problem with the 115-113 score for Gonzalez, but 117-111 was some BS.

Cuadras was really sold short going into this fight. I knew he'd give Gonzalez hell. Gonzalez is a phenomenal talent. This was definitely his toughest fight though.

I agree, he can be sickening sometimes.

I scored it a draw. Gonzalez landed more, but his face showed Cuadras landed the harder, more damaging punches.

If I'm Gonzalez I head back to 112 and face Ioka/Estrada, Casimero, Nietes, Shiming etc. Bigger facing Srisaket or Inoue.

Also, Lampley told ggg that there is only one other title holder in the Middleweight division, Saunders. A complete disregard for Jacobs and the WBA. HBO is stooping to Haymons level by pretending that champions who don't fight for their network, don't exist.

Golovkin is the Super WBA Champion. Danny Jacobs is Regular WBA Champion...in other words GGG is the WBA Champion and Jacobs has a fake, recently made up belt.

Can you tell us what title GGG would win from Jacobs if he beat him?

Isn't Jacobs the guy who just fought an amateur reality tv Star from 12 years ago named the Latin snake. He'll deserves to be sent back to obscurity after that level of opposition

I prefer HBO over SHO but I must agree with you about the fight last night. I contemplated shutting the volume off last night several times because Max's manlove was so overboard for Chocolatito that it was really pathetic. Also, why they continue to put Bhop on tv is beyond me as well. I can't figure out what he's even saying half the time.

I think you may be getting ahead of yourself here. Cuadras is exceptionally good, and could very well dish Inoue a loss.

GGG gets touched up quite a bit as well. However, I'm not going to dis him in the same manner you are Gonzo.

Speaking of #1 P4P.... it's all subjective anyhow. If you have Gonzo top 5, where do you have Inoue?

As to the original post, HBO definitely cheer leads their fighters. It's a bit overbearing, but I understand.
