A Bachelor degree isn't that hard to get, you can't be a total moron, but you don't need to be super smart or anything to get one.

Agreed, but we only have academic qualifications to work on, which requires a minimum standard of intellect, because it's not as if these guys publish their IQ test scores or anything like that.
So I'm going to bow to your wisdom and ask you to list the fighters you believe to be the most intelligent out of those that currently compete... and then explain the barometer you used to quantify their intellect?

It's tough to say who precisely is the most intelligent. Being educated and/or well-spoken doesn't necessarily mean that one is intelligent, but there's not really a lot else to go by.
Wlad at least stands out due to his academic accomplishments and ability to become fluent in several languages, while someone like Broner stands out in the other direction.

I never claimed to have a better way, just that whether or not someone has a Bachelor degree is a very poor metric.

If we are talking about boxing IQ, I would say Ward and GGG.
Getting degrees don't always mean you are the most intelligent, and has nothing to do with boxing IQ.

He's also a pretty good chessboxing player.

Wlad was the first person popping up in my mind as well. I wonder what kind of education Glazkov has, he seems to be quite mature to me. David Haye probably doesn't have much education, but doesn't look that dumb to me either. I still don't like him somehow.
Parker doesn't seem to be dumb either.

It depends what in. A bachelors degree in pure matchmatics is no walk in the park.

The Klitschkos both have PhD's, in sports science I believe, and both appear to be highly intelligent. Fancy college degrees, of course, don't necessarily equate with intelligence. In fact there seems to be a distinct reverse correlation between college degrees and common sense. Dumbed down colleges in the US are now churning out illiterates with fancy degrees. A lot of boxers are just as stupid as they look if not stupider, but there also has always been some surprising intelligent men engaging in the sport.

I wouldn't say a college degree means you're very smart, but I would say college makes people smarter than they would have been without having gone...

If you mean inside the ring (which is what actually matters to us fans) ring iq, strategy, etc:
-guillemoro rigondioux
-andre ward
-demetrius andrade
-wladmir Klitschko
-James Toney
-Terrence crawford
-carl Frampton
-mikey garcia
These aren't necessarily in order but I would definitely have rigondioux at the top.
