My brother just sent me a screenshot off twitter not sure how reliable it is though? But Iv seen FW heartening to dock them £25,000 in a few IFLTV interviews and he's also got eubank snr's estranged son on the card so doubt that would have gone down well

Apparently Eubank Jr has vacated the British title out of safety concerns for those that would be challenging him for it, d̶e̶f̶i̶n̶i̶t̶e̶l̶y̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶h̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶d̶o̶ ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶b̶o̶a̶r̶d̶ ̶f̶i̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶h̶i̶m̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶t̶u̶r̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶u̶p̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶m̶o̶t̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶L̶a̶n̶g̶f̶o̶r̶d̶ ̶f̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ .

Fight is off, Eubank sighting an injury and the fact that he wants to keep the title active and allow other boxers a chance to earn a living.

Also some gaff about how the gap between him and the other middleweight contenders is so vast.

Press conference in the coming weeks apparently about his plans, Injury is an Elbow apparently.

More to this than being painted but it's quite a mad press release. Funny really.

Eubank Jnr’s management team have advised that, in their opinion, there has not been a fighter in the history of British Boxing who has had such a vast chasm of fighting prowess between him and the contenders for the British Championship in ability, speed, strength, accuracy and skill since its inauguration by the Marquess of Queensbury in the 1800’s.

I had to check this was real, and not some fake press release sent to WBN and taken as real, then published.

Not only arragant, but it's not even impressive, all that means is that no one else that level choose to take such easy fights.

I'm going to be a bit miffed that Eubank v Langford isn't going to be on the 22nd October bill, I got tickets for it partly because I wanted to see Eubank Jr live as he's always entertaining if nothing else.

Anyone know why he was so insistent on going the British title route, then immediately declaring he's too far above British level to actually defend it? Fvcking jokers.

Enough's enough.

Eddie, Frank and Hennesey should just blackball the arrogant pudenda and leave em scrabbling around to earn a few bob at small hall shows.

It was never going to happen but fwank and Eddie have done enough u-turns this year, after announcing they've had enough. Fwank may be fuming but he would still entertain the rematch with BJS, and Eddie would still promote Eubank jnr in big fights. In a way you can't blame team Eubank for jumping from channel to channel, and camp to camp, so far Eddie and fwank's ultimatums have held no water.

Jesus Christ. This lot have lost the plot. Would love to hear what Ronnie Davies really thinks about this pantomime.

He's probably slapping his own face in disbelief.

No offence to Langford but this was a mismatch. Langford lacks experience and would of been hurt badly Eubank Jnr is a World Level boxer he goes to the best gyms in the World for training. I think it's the right thing although I think it's for the wrong reasons.. Eubank Jnr will be trying to hijack BJS v Golovkin... Would like to see Jnr stop messing everyone around there is a fine line between doing anything for publicity and being a complete arsehole
