Bizarre confrontation of Kovalev and delusional feminist women's boxer Claressa Shields, who says she "has beat up men"

Sergey Kovalev was at a media event in the past day or so, and Claressa Shields (Female boxer from the USA who has won 2 Olympic Gold Medals) was also at the media event. The two ended up meeting, and Sergey is alleged to have told her something to the effect that women shouldn't be boxing and should be in the kitchen, at home. Shields, Olympic Gold Medal in hand, responded by claiming that "
(she's) beaten up men bigger than Kovalev", and she also told Kovalev to "
watch it" and made a gesture with her fist as if she was going to attack him. She later commented that perhaps one day "
Kovalev would be fighting on (her) undercard". Kovalev asked her how much she was paid for winning her Olympic Gold medal, to which she replied 25,000 USD when Kovalev started laughing and said in Russia boxers get paid 60,000 for a Gold Medal. Kovalev also implied, quite truthfully that the Russian boxing program was far and away ahead of the American boxing program (in pro boxing, Russians tend to perform better and in amateur boxing, Eastern Europe dominated, Americans havent won a gold since 2004

)
A truly bizarre incident from a famous, top p4p boxer Sergey Kovalev who has crushed some of the best men in recent years (Hopkins, Pascal, Sillakh, Cleverly, Campillo), and an almost unknown female boxer who won medals in Olympic boxing and really in the big picture of things is a complete nobody. I mean, the truth is she probably wouldn't even make Sergey's undercard,
I doubt Claressa Shields could even headline "Friday Night Fights" on ESPN and quite frankly the US men's team hasn't won a gold medal since 2004, which is absolute crap to be honest. Russia has fared considerably better than the US when you look at Olympic Boxing over the last 10, 20, or even 30 years. The simple fact is USA is not very good at boxing, and winning a medal in women's boxing just shows how bad the competitive level is on the women's side of things (because the US men's team always draws a blank, because men from other countries are better and more widely competing).
Here are some videos of the ordeal, quite shocking to say the least that such an unproven, unknown female boxer would have such an arrogance; But I'm happy Kovalev's making fun of her payment put Shields in her rightful place.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wojYeEA_02g
In the above video Shields claims she has "beaten up men" and "beaten up men bigger than Kovalev", she also puts up her fist criminally threatening Kovalev at the 1:50 mark.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KnmDnOO_DQ
In this video she claims that Kovalev was "sexist", but in reality it was her who threatened him, and he would have been within his rights to knock her out.

I mean lets have it real. Kovalev has KTFO some of the best men's boxers in the world. He's permanently injured and even killed some guys in the ring.
What do you think would happen if Claressa Shields fought him? I'll tell you what; The fight would be over in 1 round, and
Claressa Shields would be going to a hospital, possibly dead.
Its like when people in the UFC were saying Ronda Rousey could beat up some of the men UFC fighters
Tell you what I'd buy a Kovalev/Shields PPV and I'd bet money he knocks her spark out with the first punch he lands.
Another example of an empowered female overstepping her line and threatening a man. ALSO, can you imagine if the situation had been reversed and Kovalev raised his fist to her threatening her? He'd be in jail.
Claressa Shields made an idiot of herself and team USA boxing and she should have been charged with threatening Kovalev.
Claressa Shields should be criminally charged and possibly put in jail for her actions.

In the video I posted, She clearly raises her fist to Sergey, threatening to hit him. That is a threat under the definition of law and can possibly even be considered an assault. Had the situation been reversed and a man propped up his fist to a woman, he'd be in jail.
Sergey would have been within his rights to defend himself and knock her out for threatening him.
Empowered women getting carried away and taking things too far, think they are immune to responsibility and have the right to threaten a man.
Claressa should be criminally charged and possibly put in jail for her actions.

They were playing around with each other mostly, but Kovalev could've been more respectful there certainly.

So youre saying its OK for a woman to threaten bodily harm to a man?
Had the sexes been reversed, and Kovalev threatened her or raised his fist to her, he'd be blacklisted and likely defending himself in a court of law with severe penalties.
But she just gets away with it cause she's a woman?
No, there is something wrong with your interpretation mate. She didn't look like she was joking either.

Here is a photo of Shields threatening Kovalev, and if you watch the video at 1:50, she gestures her fist towards his face for about 5 or 6 seconds, and she doesn't look like she's joking. She's threatening him, trying to bully him. Truly bizarre.
In the USA and the West, there has been systematic propaganda in the past decades which has brainwashed people into believing men and women are equal. It started in terms of rights, but now many people in the West actually believe men and women are "physically equal", which in all honesty ignores biological differences between the sexes. Gender equality is not something that is accepted in Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Central & South America, or Africa. So "gender equality" is only something that is embraced in the West.
Shields comments in the video that she has "beaten up many men" and then raises her fist to Sergey at the 1:50 mark of the first video, as though she is going to assault him. She probably believes that she can beat him up because of all the propaganda regarding gender equality in the West. Truly shocking behaviour from a delusional, "empowered female".
Out of touch with reality to be honest. Kovalev destroys men, nevermind what he would do to a woman. Claressa Shields really is delusional, he would seriously hurt her if she was to fight him. Her aggression in saying that she's beaten up men, implying that she would beat him up is just ridiculous. Kovalev probably hits 1000 times harder than she does and if they fought, Id say theres a good chance she would die, nevermind just getting KO'd.
Its also bizarre that even though "equality" is preached between genders in the West, we see a tremendous inequality with regard to how sexes are treated. As I said, men are routinely jailed, blacklisted, and their careers destroyed for even threatening a woman. Here we have a woman raising her fist to Kovalev and holding it next to his face for a good 5 seconds, and not even a peep about it in the mainstream media or law enforcement. Had it been Sergey who raised his fist to her, he'd have his HBO contract cancelled, blacklisted, and would likely be defending himself in a court of law from assault charges and possibly be facing jail time. Mainstream media would also be covering the situation.
If things were really equal or fair, Claressa would be criminally charged for threat and assault. Her behaviour was entirely unlawful.
So much for that equality in the West eh?
A bizarre confrontation to be honest.

So, to be clear your position is that Shields was justified in threatening to assault and cause bodily harm to Sergey?
Do you always make excuses for women who physically threaten men an do you think its OK for women to physically threaten and physically attack men?
Jesus Christ, the logic of the posters in the current scene has hit new lows.
I think Shields should be criminally charged at the very least, and possibly serve jail time. it is never lawful to threaten someone, at any time (even if it was justified), not to mention it was not justified, Sergey was calm and relaxed, she was aggressive and trying to prove that she is as "tough as a man". If it was up to me Id put her in jail to be frank.

I think it’s all a storm in a teacup. Clarissa’s personality is the polar opposite of Kovalev’s. So their face-to-face encounter was always going to be a little socially awkward.
I think that she initiated the light-hearted banter, so she had to expect to receive some back, but she took things to heart, which is to be expected, because she’s only a youngster.
There is no evidence that suggests that Kovalev is a misogynist… and there’s no controversy.
People really shouldn’t be outraged by any of this meaningless trivial nonsense.

Yes, there definitely would be some people who think she would beat Kovalev. People in the West have been thoroughly brainwashed to believe the genders are equal. A lot of people believe in that line of thought full throttle. Shields herself commented that she "has beaten up many men", in saying that she is implying that she could take Kovalev. From her tone of voice you can see she is not joking.
In fact, when Ronda Rousey was unbeaten in the UFC, many sports writers, liberals, and UFC fans said that she should fight men because she would probably beat the men in the UFC. Joe Rogan, a UFC commentator literally stated that Rousey "would beat 50% of male UFC fighters at her weight". Many everyday UFC fans were saying that she would beat male UFC fighters. This type of violence against men seems to be celebrated, Rousey even wrote a book talking about how one time she physically assaulted an ex boyfriend. Had the genders been reversed, and a male UFC fighter wrote about assaulting an ex girlfriend he would immediately had his UFC contract cancelled and would probably be in jail.
So, if youre going to say that genders really are equal, feel free to open up boxing competition to both sexes and lets see how that goes.
ALSO, more to the point, Shields is an adult and needs to be held accountable for her actions. She threatened Kovalev with physical harm and her behaviour was illegal and unacceptable. Had she been a man she would have been **CHARGED** on the spot, but because she is a woman she gets a magical pass. Thats not equality is it?
She's an adult and should assume some responsibility for her actions. Just like any man would be expected in that situation, she needs to be accountable.
I reiterate: She should be criminally charged for her misconduct, if not put in jail altgoether.

David Haye weared shirts with pictures of a beheaded opponend, he even stabbed one of his opponends and never got in trouble because of it and now you think that an amateur girl holding up her fist against a professional top boxer 5 weightclasses above her should be arrested?

Kovalev is a great fighter and I respect his boxing skills but he is perceived to be a racist after posted a picture of him with his son wearing a tshirt with a monkey wearing Chickenson's WBC belt.
But yeah, Kovalev knocks this woman out unconscious with his first punch. The top 100 male tennis players beat Serena Williams easily, so basically lol women vs men

Please! This was a friendly encounter. If anything it was harmless flirting. Full disclosure: I'm an American.
First off, Sergey Kovalev is a legit gangster. There are no gangsters in America in 2016. None worth mentioning. A thug isn't a gangster. I'm well aware of delusional 3rd wave feminism. It isn't exclusive to America, it's a Western Civilization disease. Yes American boxing sucks. Europeans are kicking the shiт out of us at every level. We are no longer the best in the world, everybody knows it. That said Andrew, your post reeks of a massive inferiority complex. I can tell how you feel about America. I don't think it's bias, I just think it's emotional drivel. Yeah, you whoop the shit out of us in boxing, congrats. Europeans are quite impressive fighters to be honest. It's something to envy. But it's no reflection on you or me so you really have nothing to gloat over. Unless you're Russian, you're nation, in all likelihood, is reliant on us for its own national security. We don't have the best fighters in the world today, it's true. But it might be because our young men have been hopping in helicopters with Armalites on their backs and invading foreign nations for the last 15 years. We will be back in top in the near future and you'll still be living in a nanny state.

And there is no man at Boxrec who thinks Rhonda Rousey or Claressa Shields can beat any man who has an oz. of masculinity and any semblance of coordination. Kovalev would shatter her entire skeleton with a single punch.
