Canelo's waiting for GGG to lose or hurt badly badly in the ring. The same way Floyd waited for Sugar Shane to lose some of that steam

Shane was coming off of one of his career best wins when Floyd fought him. Having just annihilated one of the guys Floyd was often accused of ducking at the time.

Mayweather challenged Mosley when Floyd was a lightweight and Mosley was undefeated welterweight champion.
Mosley declined the fight

Floyd Mayweather called out Shane Mosley and Oscar De La Hoya in 2003 when he was a Lightweight, and they were Jr. Middleweights. They didn't bite. Floyd Mayweather cherry picked when he got to the top, but he understood what a lot of these fighters today don't understand. You ain't a superstar until you beat a superstar. A lot of guys think an unbeaten record and a trinket entitles them to Multi-Million dollar paydays to fight just anybody. Floyd Mayweather at least understood you don't make big money in this sport until you beat a big money fighter. That's why he was calling out Mosley and De La Hoya as early as he was.

At the time they turned him down because he wasn't worth their time.

What a load of sh.t Mayweather would never ever ever take those fight's when he's the A side  he would have drained Mosely that much with his weight demand's Sugar Shane would'nt have had the energy to walk to the ring............ Mayweather the lightweight champ challenging the welterweight champ what garbage :OhYes:

Mosley was 17lbs heavier than Floyd in early 2000s.

Why would someone take $10m and his opponent gets $90m that's if they get around the 3 millon viewer's mark what if they do what Mayweather/Pac
did and get over 4 million viewer's Canelo will walk away with $300m and GGG gets the 8 figure sum Golden Boy as offered [$10M] that's a BULLSH.T DEAL if I ever heard one and it's come from a guy who would be a Absolute NO-BODY without Boxing talk about biting the hand that has fed him for year's ODH is the greediest person in Boxing barr-none after what Mayweather did to Canelo when he schooled him it just seems Team Canelo have very short memory's :shame: Its almost as if GGG aint The Champ

As much as it would be a great fight - if and when it happens - I don't see a chance in hell it does the numbers Mayweather vs Pacqiao did.

But I share your sentiment about % purse split.

I agree it probably won't match May/Pac when all's said and done but it will probably be 2nd or 3rd or even 4th on the most buying viewer's list that means The Champion GGG gets THE LEFT-OVER SCRAP'S $10 million isn't much when The Challenger gets $40m/$50m/$60m/$70/$80mi
  That's it I am over this idiot ODH and his over-rated fighter I honestly hope Team GGG tell these greedy fool's what to do with the 8 figure sum approx $10 million f.ck I only went too year 8 in high school and I can even see what these thief's are doing :brick:

I suspect Oscar will continue to push for a catch weight below the 160 pound limit too.
