Not impressed with Dillian refusing to shake hands which he also did with the Dave Allen fight. He is not going to endear himself to people this way. lewison is talented enough to spring an upset and I really hope he does but he looks very heavy and as such probably won't be in condition to do 12.

It's about who turns up in shape, Lewison is a real hard nut but a bit of a waste of talent, Whyte got beat up bad against Joshua, fights like that take a lot out of you, if Lewison is in shape and takes him into the trenches he can win. However it is doubtful he has ever been in proper condition.

Lewison will be swinging and coming to cause serious harm to Whyte. I think he'll know he can't do 12 and will be attempting to bang Whyte out of there pronto. Whyte isn't hard to hit is he. Should make for a good watch

If he can't do 12 rounds why is he in the sport?

Do you mean after the face to face? I read that as Lewison offering it for a joke as he said "you know I was only joking yeah" sarcastically, so not surprised Whyte didn't shake it.

Can't say I'm too bothered in the build up about not shaking hands, as long as a bit of respect is shown afterwards I'm fine with that.

Shame this one is in Glasgow to be honest wouldn't have minded going to see it if it was in London.

Got a feeling Lay Em Out won't be in the best of shape and Whyte forces a late stoppage.

Two scenarios here.

1- Both swinging wild haymakers in a 3 round slug fest.

2- holding and clinching to a dull 12 rounds wide points decision.

Dillian just has to hate on everyone. He overplays the bad guy act for me. It gets tiresome everytime out.

Lewison may have power but at the end of the day he has only 8KOs in 15 fights against poor oppostion on the whole. Whyte has a good chin so it's very unlikely Ian can get the early stoppage he'll be looking for. Whyte late stoppage/wide decision is the logical prediction.

Good fight this,should be fun,Whyte was dominant against Allen last time out but i dont know if Dave's outside issues affected his performance that night,still take nothing away from Dillian though he never lost a round,Whyte can be unpredictable sometimes he can look a bit pedestrian before exploding into life and getting the other guy out of there

Lewison i expect will take the fight to Whyte and wont be overawed,he's coming off that early KO win in China and he has a couple of decent wins over Hoffman in Prizefighter and Dallas so he'll bring his own dangers

I reckon Whyte is the better boxer though and the harder hitter and fancy him to stop Lewison late on

I don't know why but I'm looking forward to this one! In the back of my mind I know it'll probably be a frustrating bore of a fight but I'm still interested!

Have a feeling this will just be two fat plodders going at it like two drunk dads outside a pub, with more hugging. Hope I'm wrong and it lives up to the billing it's getting.

Neither stripped to their underwear to weigh in. Whyte was wearing a big pair of joggers and Lewison a track suit. Not saying it means they are much lighter but it suggests Lewison is slightly lighter than his fight in China.

Lewison is very heavy as he was in his last fight. Can't see it going twelve.
