He says his next defence of the IBF belt will be in November/December.

Does anyone have any idea who it will be against? I am sure if he has a mandatory he would want to get him out of the way in case Frampton does Santa Cruz for a second time and they can then have a unification in the summer.

I wouldn't worry about it. I'm not even sure what the weight classes next to our name are supposed to mean or if they even mean anything. I mean I'm a Featherweight and I have almost 20,000 posts.

I would have well over 20,000 if not for the deletion of some posts in years past.

Yeah I have just recently made the jump to FlyWeight and I'm 6'4 and 16 stone

Hearn was saying on BS he I. Is pointe he is inactive and should have had a few hometown defences goes to show he isn't involved with him.

He won't get a hometown defence purely for the fact he doesn't sell enough tickets. All of his title fights have been on the road as a home fighter.

He's only got one more fight left on his Matchroom contract.
I'd imagine they'd try and get the Warrington fight made one last time.

He's currently in Tokyo - said to be there to watch Hosono Vs Barros on Monday but appears to be enjoying the Korakuen Hall today as well (photo thanks to @KEI911215 )

That's the guy, he looks like he's coming to the end in fairness, he looked fortunate against Shimioda and Watanabe (on a side not if you've never seen Watanabe Vs Jae Sung Lee you need to set yourself an hour of time for a bloodbath). He's been promised a chance to prove himself for a while so the bout with Barros looks to be the "win or retire" match up

Rumours are he's agreed to fight Hosono in Japan on Inoue's undercard at the end of December

That was dependent on Hosono winning...but he's just lost
