If (When) Fury gets stripped of title which might happen by end of next week
WBO Title would be vacant
Parker is #1
Klitchko #2
Ruiz #3
If Klitchko doesnt want to fight Parker then Ruiz is next option.
Could happen as early as december

I'd like to see Klitschko vs. Parker.
Ruiz shouldn't have such a high ranking, he's below the top 10.

He obviously has no intention of ever getting in shape, but he might take a title opportunity for the payday. I don't expect him to provide much of a fight though, and it wouldn't surprise me if he just has no intention of ever testing himself. Most guys that do this for a living though do it for money, and I'd expect Ruiz would get more money to fight Parker than he would to fight more of the Franklin Lawrence's of the world.
