Next weekend. How do you see this one going? I haven't seen much of Walsh, although followed his results on here.

Klimov is as tough as old boots but hasn't fought since his loss to Pedraza last year. Pedraza looked f*cking brilliant that night & had Klimov rocking a couple of times but he just kept battling back. He also went the distance with Crawford & has a win over John Molina.

Does Klimov still have the belly for a fight or is this just a bit of padding for his retirement fund?

If Walsh does come through with a win has he been promised a title fight? Who's his promoter?

There's some tough fighters at 130 and didn't I read on here that Swifty is fighting Sosa, or was that a dream?

His promoter is allegedly and this is an IBF eliminator .

Is that Russia in the commonwealth now?

Walsh late KO. He's a very underrated fighter.

Toughest test of Walsh's career but i think Klimov is made for him,Andrey is experienced obviously coming off the world title fight with Pedraza in which i agree with Taanesnd,he was totally dominated that night,he was also dominated by Crawford but the win over Molina Jr is good and he's also got a win over Avenesyan who just beat Mosley,he's tough but pretty basic in his approach and Liam has al ot more about him in his arsenal

Walsh's inactivity the last few years is a bit of a worry though,6 years ago this month he won the Commonwealth title which he reatained in his last fight against James so hopefully he kicks on from here assuming he beats Klimov which i think he will fairly comfortably ,Walsh is a class fighter who seems to have pretty much it all in his locker so ive no worries about him stepping up to this level,if he were to KO Klimov that would be impressive considering Crawford or Molina Jr couldnt but as OP mentioned at one point it did look as if Pedraza was going to get him out of there before seemingly electing to settle for outboxing him

It wouldnt shock me if Walsh stopped him late but the safe money's on a wide UD,looking forward to it,although im a bit flummoxed as to how Klimov can walk into an eliminator for the same title he fought for and lost in his last fight but hey i suppose thats just boxing and the IBF's famous merry go round
